The quality of the furniture and the prices don't match at all. My mother-in-law bought a wardrobe and a chest of drawers as a gift. This furniture was designed by a man who completed a one-month course. It was not thought out as much as possible (or thought out so that they would take the collector). The quality control department is not clear what it does at all, because the parts are of different colors. Instead of the promised quick replacement, we waited 2 weeks just to find out what was what and whether there would be any action on the part of this store at all. Sergey, an employee of the quality department, apparently doesn't know what's going on at all, and he also communicates with emoticons. After 3 weeks, another set of cabinet cases was finally delivered. During the assembly, I found that there were no holes and I had to drill myself. And the finished designs are different, which is why it turned out that the rod was under the hangers, tilted and had to make a new hole. I strongly do not recommend this furniture for purchase. I only feel sorry for the store employee, who listens to everything but can't do anything.

We bought a chest of drawers and a crib for the baby in the store.
The chest of drawers is very comfortable, it fits perfectly into our minimalistic interior of the apartment, as well as the crib, I was very pleased with the design, as well as the functionality: swings are indispensable with a baby.
Everything was assembled easily, the materials are sound, everything is natural, nothing crumbles.

On July 21, my husband and I were in the store, we wanted to buy a crib and a chest of drawers, I have been watching this store for a long time!As a result, the store disappointed-a very small room, the choice is small (half of what is on Instagram is not represented)!The consultant was a very intrusive girl , she repeated the same questions , did not even let her husband discuss any issues with each other !
As a result, they chose one chest of drawers, which was not available, put it on the reservation -they said they would call on availability, as a result they left - they left 5 minutes from the store -a message comes so that the price remains as when ordering, an advance payment is needed (for which it was impossible to say this on the spot, I would leave an advance payment in the store) !!!!!she asked why this was so -because , in response, we did not know by availability when you were in the store, in general nothing is clear, and we refused this chest of drawers !

Pleasant consultants, kulonov brought the chest of drawers the next day after the order, brought it into the house, put the box where she asked, there was no this before the threshold, and then they themselves, smiling men, very friendly.In general, everything was fine at all stages.There are no complaints about the chest of drawers in operation either.I highly recommend it!

I agree with the review below, I also do not share the positive reviews about this store, unless of course you are a fan of begging for the goods you like to be delivered to you and wait like Hachiko. We ordered a chest of drawers in another city, it was said that the goods would be shipped on Friday. On Friday, there was no word or spirit from the sellers. Only when they changed it themselves, it turned out that the machine for loading goods was broken. That is, if we hadn't specified it ourselves, we wouldn't have been warned..
After clarification, the order was sent next week, on Wednesday. But a miracle happened! We sent the order even a day earlier, but we didn't even warn about it, we found out about it after the fact from the post office.
After receiving the goods, no one asked if the goods had arrived, if everything was in order..
The disgusting work of the store staff. You sit and wonder if the ordered goods will arrive. Fortunately, the chest of drawers came intact, with all the accessories. But after such a delivery and communication with the staff of this store, there are few pleasant emotions from the purchase ..

I bought a chest of drawers in October 2023. The main criteria for choosing a chest of drawers were: capacity, design, mobile, the presence of a pelinal compartment. I stopped at this model. I was pleased with the ratio of price and quality. Brought and assembled quickly! It is good that it is possible, at the request of the client, to install guides with dowels during assembly, which I used. At first, the factory smell from the chest of drawers is kept, but after a week everything disappears. I recommend.

I do not share the rave reviews about this store. Perhaps we are so "lucky". We bought a Cambridge changing chest in December. They wanted it in white, which turned out to be available only in Piccolini. The price was higher than in other stores, and I didn't want to wait, so it was decided to buy here. Delivered. Naturally, I am a pregnant woman, I did not unpack it and did not check if all the details were in place. And when the collector arrived and began to assemble the chest of drawers, it turned out that the front part of one of the shelves was missing. We have been waiting for this detail for more than 2 weeks. The store's employees sometimes did not answer the phone, then promised to call back and disappeared for several days. Yes, this is a manufacturer's joint, but the store employees themselves promised that they would deliver the part and install it, because we explained that we would have to pay again for the assembly due to the store's fault. As a result, the courier delivered the part and said that he was not aware of the assembly. They promised on the phone again that they would come and install this part any day now. As a result: no one came anywhere, we called and paid the collector again. The chest of drawers itself is of very questionable quality (for the same money there is something to compare it with)and the disgusting work of the store staff. We will be bypassing your store now.

We purchased a Vikki changing chest in February 2024.
Unfortunately, it served for about two months, after which the first two shelves began to open and close very poorly.
They reported this to the store via Viber, to which the answer was given: expect a call from the master. After a week of waiting, they wrote again - the result is the same, no one called back.
Upon detailed inspection, it turned out that the guides of the first two shelves crumbled and bent (photo).
I had to replace them myself. During the replacement, it turned out that extremely weak ball guides (h = 36 mm) were installed at the factory, which is not designed for shelves of such sizes. 46 mm guides (up to 30 kg) were installed.
At the same time, the load on the kidneys was minimal, only baby bodysuits, diapers, etc., no more than 5 kg.
In this situation, the manufacturer of the INCANTO chest of drawers (INCANTO-A LLC) saved on guides, and the Piccolini store does not fulfill its warranty obligations.
It is clear that this price range of the chest of drawers suggests that it is not premium, but saving on guides is the last thing you could save on, because you use the shelf often during the day.
I do not recommend this manufacturer of dressers (INCANTO, INCANTO-A LLC), as well as the Piccolini store.

We ordered a crib, the crib itself is not bad, it is painted neatly, it looks strong! The bottom of the crib is not sanded and not painted, the bolts are Chinese- they break off during assembly due to the density (it will not work to twist what they give in the set). A lot of holes have been made, but there are no plugs, those in the set fall off. The mattress was taken together with the crib, it became very tight (119/60). If they had taken the mattress separately, it might not have become at all. In general, I am happy with the purchase!
