Even before the first appeal, they incompetently consulted and did not say that a notarial power of attorney would be required, I had to urgently look for a notary and sit in a live queue for 2.5 hours. Why was it impossible to warn about this in advance so that you could simply make an appointment with a notary? I wrote and called 2 times to clarify the current information on receiving the service.
Weeks passed after the payment, and the organization's employees never contacted me to inform me about the postponement. Everything is just for my questions and extremely vague answers like "we are waiting for readiness."
All deadlines passed, I had to leave the country without a certificate, I asked for a refund. This is 6.5 weeks after the request.
As a result, a few days later they wrote to me that the certificate was ready, but of course I no longer needed it.
The refund process has already been going on for several weeks, first they announce one order, when we reach the application, they announce other information. At the moment, they said the deadline for reviewing the application is 30 days and another 30 days for a refund. That is, not only did they break all the deadlines and severely let me down, now I have to wait 2 months for a response and a refund, if the head agrees, because as a result, they received the apostille after 7 weeks, instead of the promised 2-3 and additional payments for the urgency (if that's the case, because I haven't seen him).
Messages hang for half a day without being read, although the profile is online.
I am ready to contact the people who left the latest feedback to compile a class action.

Звярнулася за дапамогай у прастаўленні апостыля. Спачатку заблыталі, сказаўшы, што на адзін з дакументаў апостыль прастаўляецца ў МЗС, потым вярнулі са словамі, што - не, трэба ісці ў дэпартамент адукацыі. Добра, што калі сама запісвалася ў дэпартамент, на ўселякі выпадак напісала на падачу большую колькасць дакументаў. А так бы яшчэ і час згубіла. Далей пачалося самае цікавае. Грошы, каторыя я ім перавяла, не вярталі месяц! Не гледзячы на тое, што па заканадаўству павінны былі вярнуць на працягу 7 дзен. А так - да. Былі ветлівымы. Ветліва малі мяне на ўвазе. Не раю вам і сама больш не звярнуся.

I asked for assistance in urgently affixing an apostille to the documents, as a result: the deadlines for receiving apostilled documents from the company have not been met, where the documents are located and when they will be returned are unknown, not a single question was answered expertly, I submitted an application for a refund with confusing, incorrect comments from an employee. In my opinion, the refund procedure is delayed, referring to the legislation. The company, having assumed responsibility for the urgency of fulfilling the order, the amount of money for its services and the state fee, as a result, does not want to be responsible for anything! It is definitely better to carry out this procedure through a personal submission.
