A wonderful store from the Pinskdrev factory. The sellers and the store manager are highly qualified. The building is an architectural monument, so the sign is small and quite inconspicuous. Furniture is cheaper than in Russia by about a third.

We purchased a Milan bed with a low footboard. In the description on the website and when choosing it, it is indicated that the bed is made of solid oak, however, after the arrival of the bed at the warehouse, they found that the frame, the container for bedding, part of the headboard and footboard are not made of solid wood. We are disappointed with the purchase. The description on the site still contains false information. Do not trust the description on the website and the assurances of the sellers. The delivery is paid, but there were no problems with delivery.

On October 9, 2022, we ordered a children's sofa bed worth 1,500 rubles. We made a 50% prepayment. In the store, the price for this bed in a dark color was about 1000 rubles, but when we started making a purchase, it turned out that in a light color the price was immediately 500 rubles higher. Sellers consult, but they themselves do not know anything about their product and cost.We thought about it, but decided to order it anyway. We were assured that within 60 days, but most likely everything will be ready even earlier. Today is January 26, 2023, the bed is still not ready for unknown reasons. It is not difficult to calculate that it has been more than 3.5 months. Today we called again to clarify the terms of readiness, promised to call back in five minutes, but for some reason no one is calling back. Apparently there is simply nothing to answer us!!! The child will have time to grow up during this time and probably go to school while they make a bed for us!!!!! The last time I contacted this store!!!! Now I'm not naked here and I don't advise anyone!!!

A sofa was ordered at the Pinskdrev store. They immediately paid the full cost of the store (the cost is considerable 1.600.00). After a month and a half, the sofa was ready. We ordered delivery and brought it. I liked the upholstery of the sofa, there were no visual external defects. But when they began to sort it out, they found defects. When they began to take the pillows out of the covers, it turned out that one pillow was torn at all, and they stink that there was nothing to breathe (cut smelly foam rubber was applied to the pillows). There was no podpyatochnik, two sticks (front and back) were attached with some kind of brackets (therefore all the sticks are in holes). For some reason, there is a similar couch in the store, the sticks are not fixed with staples! That is, good furniture is on display, and the buyer can do as it turns out!!! That's how Pinskdrev factory makes furniture to order, for a lot of money!!!
