It is multi-tiered with a large number of "separate outdoor gazebos" located at different levels from the ground surface. Be careful on the stairs! The service is fast and courteous. The waiters are almost all of the same height and build - lean, long-legged young people with good Russian. There is live music in the evening. Many families with children celebrate home holidays.

I had dinner with colleagues at this wonderful place in July.
We were sitting in the hall on the ground floor, it is very cozy and you can chat there, as there is a stage in the beautiful courtyard and it is quite noisy because of the performances of the musicians.
There are no questions about food: a stewed rib of horse meat is beyond praise 👏

The dishes were brought out in an incomprehensible order, first hot, then snacks, soup was brought at the end. I asked for noodles with chicken, served with lamb. I was here once with friends. The restaurant is large, with two floors stylized in different ways. The first floor is more ethnic, the second is more modern. They cook very tasty, a huge selection of dishes and alcohol. The service is on the level, the price tag is average. We took different dishes, and everything was very pleasant. The waiter Aizirek recommended boorsoks - they turned out to be unexpectedly delicious! I recommend it to everyone. I also want to note the very cozy interior decoration - better than in the photo. And I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of music: only the flowing speech of other visitors is a plus for me!

Hello. I was in Bishkek for the first time, spent 3 evenings. On the first and second evenings, I visited two different chain restaurants. I enjoyed the oriental cuisine. No show-offs, but incredibly delicious.
On the last evening, there was a plan to visit, as they said, the best restaurant — Pishpek.
My opinion: Pishpek is to make an impression, but not for food. The kitchen is far from matching the positioning.
There is not much backgammon (especially in comparison with the first two), and this almost confidently indicates a lower turnover of dishes and products. The service was a little slow, but it wasn't important.
And the menu immediately caught my eye: steaks, oriental dishes and... sushi! How?!) this does not happen, and if it does, it means that some of this is in the drawdown.
Dishes:
Assorted national meat. Which gut is cut is not mine, I won't say anything. Dried meat is tasteless. And most importantly, I have known this dish well for a long time. Kazakhs are loved in such proportions, most are over 50/50. Some people like 90 or 100% meat. I like to have 20-50% fat. But here the fat was 70-90% in different pieces. Who is this for???
Yak steak:
The texture of the meat. It looks beautiful. He didn't ask me about the degree of roasting, really, but why. There's no taste anyway, it's SALT!!!
We ask, where is the bread (tortilla and baursaks)? They're getting ready soon!
Damn, both are stale!!!
Samsa. We took 6 different ones, 2 sat down in a restaurant. The dry ones (( the rest were finished at home, one had a bone in it.
There was also such a flat pie (I don't remember the name) normal.
Bull tails. It was good.
Buy decent wine glasses and steak knives, not the cheapest ones with a plastic handle.

Pilaf is like pilaf, not porridge with meat and thank the eggs. Bishbarmak is a short-lived horse meat. Kuurduk, this is mutton on long bones, with potatoes. Just stewed potatoes with meat! At home, in a saucepan with black pepper and salt, this is about how it will turn out. The salads are delicious. The tea is delicious with cherries. The portions are large. If it were an ordinary cafe, I would be delighted. But a restaurant with inflated prices, but with a claim to show off, and in the center of Bishkek and with such a name... disappointed
