For me, this is the best shawarma in Minsk! It's always perfect and delicious, without exception! The choice (shawarma, pita, toppings) is for every taste, and I'm sure the prices are the lowest in the city! The advantage for me is that it's pita bread, not a flatbread. There is a lot of chicken (meat), fresh vegetables, olives, there are pickles, who likes them, the sauces in the shawarma are pleasant, the balance of everything! If there is no video recording, then briefly about what happened. 08/10/2024 on Kamennaya Gorka, an order was made for 2 servings of classic shawarma for 7.90 rubles (medium size), with a request not to add vegetables to one of them. Payment for the order in the amount of 15.80 rubles was made, check No. 436413. While waiting in line, we were in the room all the time, we saw the manufacturing process. When the order was announced to us, I asked the cashier if she was sure that our order was fulfilled (because it was clear that the shawarma without vegetables was NOT cooked). The cashier replied confidently, "Yes." I insisted that she check with the employee. She turned to him, and he hesitated, and then replied that he would redo it. At the same time, there was not even a hint of an apology from any of them. After waiting in line once more, I watched the re-cooking. The employee took only 1 pita bread (more is supposed to be in a serving for 7.90) and put the amount of meat as it is put in a small portion, while not using the scales. I reminded him that we had ordered a medium size, not a small one. To this, he replied that the difference between small and medium is only in the amount of vegetables (!). It is quite obvious that the employee made a small shawarma and decided not to admit his mistake. Hoping for the reputation of your establishment, I asked the cashier: "Answer honestly, are you really giving us an order for 7.90 now?" And she answered without batting an eye: "Honestly," and turned to the employee; "Did you do it at 7.90?". Your employee replied: "Yes, I weighed it" (although he DID NOT WEIGH THE MEAT AND DID NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF PITA BREAD).
Let the overpaid money and the deception of your employees remain on your conscience, and honest buyers will be aware of the situation at your point.

But today it turned out to be a little disappointing. We took two shawarma in cheese pita bread , but we got it in the usual one. Maybe the cheese ones are over, but we weren't warned about it. They took it with them, so they found it only when they came home. It was at the end of the day, the guys were tired, you can understand, but I would like you to never disappoint us again and always be more attentive to the order. August 28th.

Yesterday I was in this shawarma shop, the service and communication with customers is terrible ... while I was standing in line, the Yandex Food courier came to pick up the order, as I realized during the conversation, the administrator confirmed in the application that the order was ready, although they did not start doing it, which is why the courier had penalty minutes. After the administrator and cook Ahmad told the courier to wait, in front of him and other visitors, they began to discuss the courier in a very ugly way. When the order was finally given, the receptionist told the courier, "let's get out of here." The courier answered her, which is why the inadequate cook Ahmad started shouting and ran out after the courier, started pushing him out, using obscene language and threatening to "kick his head like a football" and so on. After that, he started provoking the courier to a fight, called him to go outside and fight, but he did not respond to these provocations and tried to solve everything adequately.

In this institution, only one thing is fine - shawarma cooked by Ahmad. I've been coming here for a whole year and managed to make friends with Ahmad, a very pleasant and friendly person, I don't understand the whiners who humiliate him. But lately, Ahmad has become less frequent for unknown reasons, and his colleague in the "cap" either does not know how to make shawarma, or is deaf - you ask him not to put cabbage in the shawarma, but on the contrary, he heaps it on you so that you won't even feel the meat, while even taking into account the presence of cabbage, I paid 9.90 for 650 grams, got barely 500 (weighed at home) rather than Ahmad, who even turns a 500-gram shawarma into a kilogram one, so it's more difficult to catch Ahmad, and I put a place less often.
Also, the boorish cashier is sometimes confused (plump, well, or just broad bones), I personally had no conflicts with her, but her condition of a typical emergency sometimes pushes away anything at all to order, when a client can approach with a claim of one or another, leaves with nothing and she will still cover him with mats in the back (and is it permissible?), I think a statement to the police will help her.
That's all for now, I recommend coming here ONLY if Ahmad works, in other cases it's better to visit the neighboring Turmeric or Papa Doner
