Perhaps excellent specialists work here, who have saved hundreds of lives of our dear pets, perhaps..
Many visitors note the attentive attitude towards both animals and owners.
Alas, we did not receive such an attitude.
After we refused to accept help in such conditions, we decided to go to another clinic, the doctor tried to apologize..
Please be more humane, even if you don't have the strength to do it, or are in a bad mood, or don't see patients.

It was dripping in your clinic for 10 minutes! And it didn't get any easier.
The other one was dripping for 4 hours and the dog started eating!
In fact, the Pet clinic does not conduct an ultrasound scan or take blood.
And the cure for stupidity!

Terrible impressions from the visit. They couldn't take blood from the cat for analysis, all the veins were pierced, and the cat was bleeding profusely. They were taken from the hind paw. The nickname was written down incorrectly. The tests that were requested were not done! They asked for UAC on the liver and kidney profile- as a result, only the renal one. They were supposed to send it at a certain time, but they didn't. We barely got through on the phone, and then we dropped it on Viber. The conclusion is that we will NEVER turn again. And if an animal needs urgent help, then definitely not here.

A great team. Your pet will not only be helped and will do everything for his speedy recovery, but will also save your money. Believe me, my cat and I went to the Dilap Veterinary Clinic several times, so they diagnosed my cat twice without taking tests. If the first time I got off in the amount of 300 rubles and my cat recovered by himself (apparently there was a slight poisoning), then the second time they continued to take money for and further shoved ivs at him, without taking tests up to the amount of 450 rubles and would have taken further if I hadn't stopped all this. I took the cat out of the cage and told them to collect all the documents, as we were going to another clinic. Half of the diagnoses of the procedures were not given to me, but I don't care. I went to the PET clinic, where they immediately took all the tests, and a week later my boy was already pleasing me. It turned out that it was not poisoning, but a viral infection, and I was told about it only after tests at the Pet clinic.
