We have been to the institution many times, but the last one left an "unforgettable" impression. 09.11.2024 We stood in line at the bar for cocktails for 25 minutes, as a result, the waiter told us that cocktails were not being made today, the answer to the question was why there were no ingredients. We decided to order snacks, asked the waiter for cheese sticks, to which she replied that they did not make it today, ordered French fries - they brought it only after 40 minutes. Then the most interesting thing began. Sitting at a table near the bar, we began to observe a picture of the bartender making cocktails that we ordered and which allegedly do not exist. When asked why you didn't do it to us when we asked, we received the answer "this is a special order". After asking the waiter to explain the situation, they did not tell us anything intelligible, we had to call the administrator.We explained the situation to the administrator, to which she replied with surprised eyes, "how do they not make cocktails? Who told you that?" , as a result, we were told to wait 30 minutes and they would be cooked. While we were waiting for our cocktails, we watched the picture of how the girls at the neighboring tables were brought them, also abruptly a cheese firewood appeared in the institution, which was not there for us. Then the administrator came up and we asked a question about the firewood, after a couple of minutes of her boorish communication with us in raised tones, we asked for a book of complaints, to which she shouted, I quote, "I beat out this fucking potato for you, and you start here." How do you like this communication?) cocktails were brought to us, I attach a photo from the category of "expectation and reality" 2 out of 4 corresponded to the stated, the other 2 are just a laugh. They called other passers-by, to which they snorted and arrogantly replied: I'm not your waiter, why didn't you take the menu with you, wait according to the norms)))

The number of staff is not enough for an almost full hall - there is a queue in the cloakroom, two bartenders prepare drinks for a long time, the waiters hardly have time to serve everyone, they periodically forget what they ordered, but they try, there is no indifference.
