Being not the first time a client of "Pizza Hut", I mainly ordered pizza at Christmas, decided to order a sushi menu for the first time for guests and, alas, burned myself. Ah, now everything is in more detail. First of all:after placing an order, I was informed that the order would be completed within an hour, but alas I had to wait much longer despite the fact that the distance from the "Pizza hut" to the place of order by car is a maximum of 5 minutes. These are still flowers. Secondly: our order included maki sushi with avocado No. 116, so it's hard to call the main product avocado as such, since I've never had to taste the bitter taste of avocado. It is simply not respectful to use such a product in a dish, not to mention that it needs to be thrown away. And looking ahead, when talking to the sushi master of this institution, an answer was received: Well, the avocado was not of high quality. It begged the question: Why couldn't you warn us about this and tell us that it would be better for you to place an order that does not contain such an ingredient as avocado. Running a little ahead of time, we ordered the most expensive roll No. 40, which contains crab meat, we were warned that there was no crab meat and made a replacement for crab sticks, while the cost of the dish remained the same. Where can you tell me such crab sticks can be bought with 100% crab meat content? Since the sushi master assured that they do not have crab sticks for 20 UAH.)))And finally, after delivering our long-awaited order, we found that one item was missing, namely salad with eel, avocado and Peking cabbage No. 282. As it turned out, they forgot to make it at all))) Upon receipt, when the courier arrived for the second time, I saw something I regretted, it was hard to call it a salad, because the whole pie was yellow, two pieces of eel were with skin, which is not acceptable at all, and the most "delicious " bitter avocado. Of course, such a salad went into the trash.I felt sorry for the courier to invite him for the third time. I will note in advance, I do not want the city of Fastov to treat customers who, when calling them, conceal claims from the administration and do not want to associate them with the administration in such a way. I really want our clients not to be passive in such cases. And, the administration of "Pizza Hut" took measures and appreciated its customers. Employees take great care of you and in general, according to them, it is a trade secret who is the head of the institution))))
