We called through the website 2 small pizzas for pickup in the amount of 37.80 rubles. We promptly called back, offered to deliver them for free, but it was easier and more convenient for us to pick them up ourselves. They said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, they came to pay and wait for readiness. And the pizza was already ready, but the amount was called 43.80 rubles. When asked why the amount differs from the amount in the order, they looked at my order from my phone and replied that they "accidentally punched one big one", and not as I ordered. I haven't paid for anything yet. Where did you punch that?) That is, in 2024, your orders from the site are manually entered somewhere and therefore they may make a mistake, do I understand correctly? Seriously?) Otherwise, where did the other PRICE come from?! I often take pizza in different places and there hasn't been a single mistake at all! And you have the first order with an error. Okay, if we made a mistake and gave away the wrong thing, I still understand that everything happens, we people can make mistakes, but when the order amount differs from the site, it is very sad... Is there really some huge problem with automatically unloading orders from the site in 2024? I probably work in some fantastic place where, in addition to automatically unloading orders from the site, the actual availability of the product is also displayed. And such "magic" has been working for us for many years!

It's terrible, we ordered a barbecue rolotto for delivery, and we got pita bread with lots of mayonnaise. For the whole serving, there were 2 pieces of sausage and 3 pieces of pickled cucumbers + tomato peel - THAT's IT! Disgusting and nothing but the taste of mayonnaise...

Very tasty pizza and rolotto. The service is fast enough, pizza is usually prepared in 15-20 minutes, it is quite a normal wait. Reasonable prices, pleasant waiters.

We came in when we were passing through in a Beret because they are located near a park and a pond- you can go out and walk. The establishment itself is quite normal, we ordered 2 pizzas- nothing special, the prices are quite reasonable, the service is also without complaints - brought / taken away.

A good place. The pizza is good. The service is normal. The interior is good. Prices are acceptable for Brest. Not a bad choice of alcohol.
I didn't like the canteen-type service (go to the checkout yourself and take the menu. Then go there and say the order and pay. And only then will you receive the order number). I consider it an abnormal phenomenon.
But it wasn't a bummer for me, so I'll come again.

We came and ordered two large rolls, we were warned that the waiting time was about half an hour, although this is strange because almost all the tables were empty. As a result, the order was brought in 45 minutes and not the one, we ordered 2 LARGE rolls and they brought us 1 large and 1 small. And then we waited another 15 minutes for us to have 1 small rollota converted into 1 large one. And the problem with waiting is not a one-time one, before that they came several times and despite the number of people in the institution, the waiting time was about an hour. There are no questions about the quality of the dishes, everything is delicious. But the service needs to be worked on. Get better!!!

I didn't really like it. The order must be made at the counter, payment is made immediately. If there is anything else, go back to the counter. When choosing juice, they did not ask whether it was cold or not, when choosing pizza, on which dough. I didn't like the taste of the pizza itself. The pizza was brought, then they only asked if the appliances were needed. In general, there is a lot to strive for.

We came. There are 2 waiters: a boy and a girl. Zero attention is paid to us.
They came up, took the menu themselves. Ordered, asked to pay immediately (then I realized why).
We ordered pizza and tea.
Tea was brought with a bit of teapot without a sieve (in this model they are in a sock, i.e. the strainer was originally in it).
Then I went and got sugar. Then the cups. Then a teaspoon.
Since nothing was served. They just put this battered teapot.
Then the pizza arrived...
I went to get the plates. I went to get the instruments.
The waiters were just chatting among themselves, not paying attention to us or other customers.
And then the waiter boy just took out his laptop and sat down to play games at the counter by the mirror.
I have never met such a careless attitude anywhere! They brought me only tea and pizza, for appliances, a cup and sugar, etc. I ran myself. This is the normal approach.
I do not recommend anyone to go there!!!

The waiting time was almost an hour. The receipt was not issued, the sauce was forgotten, the service was "on the level". The pizza is normal. We decided to go with my Wife for the first time. Now we know exactly where we're not going.
