The place is very stuffy and noisy.The staff is not friendly.We ordered two doners, French fries and 0.5 Cola.There were only a couple of small pieces of chicken and a ton of cabbage in the doner.The French fries were delicious, but there were pieces with sideburns that were bitter.The cola was warm, not cold.The only advantages that I saw were the fast waiting time for dishes and a good interior.

Well, even censored words are difficult to choose here. We decided to order pizza after 10 p.m. We placed an order on the website, waited 10 minutes, but no one called back to confirm this order. We got through ourselves. The girl said she didn't know anything herself and called another employee. He finally accepted the order and dropped the link to the payment. After 2 minutes, I called back to clarify whether we had paid for the order or not. We paid for it. After 10 minutes, he calls back again, says that there is a mistake in the amount and asks to throw off another 100 tenge (guys, employees, are you serious?). In a little shock, we throw off these unfortunate 100g. 40 minutes pass, the bell rings again, the courier has arrived. We go out to meet, but there is no one on the street. It turns out that the courier mixed up the address and arrived in the wrong place, you have to reset the address again and wait again. With grief, we take the order in half. We open the box, and there it is. Plus wet French fries. The nuggets alone were quite tasty.
I just don't understand how you can mess up at every stage, from cooking to payment and delivery. This was the first and last order in this "establishment".
