The only plus is the friendly staff, that's it. I ordered the most banal dishes borscht and carbonara, borscht was even more or less, but it was made from the cheapest products, carbonara, without any words at all, do they at least try the dishes before serving them to the guests? There are 0 spices, there is no taste, from the word at all, honestly, I would tear off the hands of the cook, everything is cold, as if it were just heated in a microwave oven. And what finished me off was that while I was spending my time, an inadequate woman sat down with me, possibly without a place of residence, started asking inappropriate questions, asking something about people I didn't know at all, then she started snapping, in general, the evening was disgusting👎🏻

Previously, this place was 5 stars, but now.....
Not very friendly staff, torn menu.
When I was ready to order right away without looking at the menu, the waitress just ignored me, and when the owner of the restaurant was there, everything was great....
Then we ordered a pizza, it tasted okay, but there were no crusts!
The fabrics were dirty and the table itself was not very clean !
I don't know for sure, but we were asked for a table (maybe they don't have Hostesses)
We ordered a Tender pizza, it was delicious, but when we ordered it, we were told to wait 15 minutes and it would be ready. The result is not only that, they brought it to us in 45 minutes, they also mixed up our order and brought a Branded one (which we did not order)! Then I went up to the waiter and she said :
- Your pizza is already being prepared!
I asked the cook, and he said that he hadn't even started cooking it (even though there weren't many people)!!
There are 2 drunks sitting in front of us, they drank a bottle of vodka and are sleeping (it's not very pleasant to look at them)!
There was nothing in the children's room except a broken car and a chalkboard!!!!
When ordering takeaway, we were supposed to get a 20% discount, but if we hadn't been reminded, we wouldn't have gotten it!

The first thing that caught my eye were people wearing outerwear and drinking vodka. They ran into the dumpling shop and waved a clean white one. There were several such companies, they behaved very loudly, defiantly, and there were children in the hall! The second point is that the pizza was brought to us raw, or rather, the first time it was raw dough. Yes, it was the first one, because in the second one, there was raw chicken. To the remark, the waiter replied, well, it seems to be fine))) After calling the administrator, the pizza was replaced again. There were no complaints the third time. The pizza was cooked well, it was quite tasty. Guys, you're a pizzeria, pizza should be delicious the first time, you can't smoke vapes in the gym, and vodka doesn't really fit the bill. The lack of more or less competitive establishments does not allow such disregard for guests.

I was in this place about two years ago. The first time we came by as a family. It was the first and last time. The service is terrible. We ordered pizza and tea. Tea was brought without sugar. To my question, where is the sugar? They replied that it should be purchased separately. To order sugar separately, I have not seen this yet. But the most interesting part comes next. Tea was brought in glasses for mulled wine, and the teaspoons were short and in order to stir the tea, you had to stick your fingers into that tea. But that's not the most interesting part. Then it's even more fun. The pizza plates turned out to be tea cup saucers. When you put a pizza on it, then part of the pizza falls on the table. When asked what kind of plates they were, they answered for pizza. When I got home, I wrote a review on the website, but of course it was not published. So it's up to you.

You can just go in to satisfy your hunger. But this place is nothing more than a diner, I have no complaints about the staff. The interior is old, the sofas are torn, the menu is served to you torn, which literally crumble in your hands (Is it so difficult to make a new one?).
The kitchen also needs to be worked on. Dishes from the menu are literally 3/10. I would not say that they correspond to the stated prices.

Pizza preparation was waited for 45 minutes. Chicken pieces were occasionally scattered on the pizza - so that there was no chicken at all on 3 parts of the pizza, and there were one or two pieces on the other parts. Despite the fact that pizza is not cheap (20 rubles per pizza), I think that such pizza preparation is, at least, disrespectful to the client. We are unlikely to return to this pizzeria.

And now on this tray, almost literally, there was a package from Euroopt! Strips of smoked cheese, just exactly as it lies on the shelf in Euroopt, where I think there is no need to show it, the cook knows. Thin sausages in a spiral are also sold in Euroopt right at the beer department. Only in a pack they are whole, and here the chef's life hack is broken in pieces. Next we go - chips lace. About half of a small pack. Approximately with the taste of cheese. Not grooved. Both the crackers and the chicken remained. I also drink beer, ate chicken. He chewed a couple of crackers and left. I go home and think - I visited the restaurant to try out the cuisine. And the cook took it, went to the Euroopt. He was told my order. He took out the cheese with his still unwashed hands after the store and put a couple of strips on the tray, opened the chips and also there. I opened a pack of sausages and broke it down to a pile, too. Fried chicken, warmed up breadcrumbs. So take me as a cook! On my way to work, I will go to Eureka and serve people the well-worn dishes that will come out of my green bags...
