It's a nightmare. We ordered Hawaiian on a fluffy dough. They didn't do it for 20 minutes, as they originally said, but 35. We ordered a takeaway, we open the house and see the pizza on the dough. The filling is sooo small (2 pieces of pineapple per 1 slice of pizza).

On September 1st, the order was placed at 19.11. according to the administrator, the waiting time is 45 minutes.OK, we arrived at 20.00 - not ready, 20.15 - not ready.The pizza was given at 20.46, after repeated reminders about us.In the kitchen, there was complete chaos among the administrators. Orders placed later were given before ours (as I understand it, ours was given to someone else).The waitress, passing by, quote: "Uh... will you let me pass"-: instead of let me pass, please.I understand everything, the promotion, there are a lot of orders- so warn me right away that the waiting time is 1.5 hours.We wouldn't have ordered then. The waiter guy just shrugged his shoulders, saying, I don't make pizza.Teach waiters to communicate with customers!! Terrible service.I didn't write to the complaint book because I was in a hurry.And only after mentioning the book did I receive an apology.

The disgusting staff ordered pizza to take away , then ordered borscht with his wife , a couple of pieces had a bite of pizza, the waiter comes up and says takeaway pizza is not allowed in the hall on what basis it is impossible to eat just one rudeness .

We went to the pizza Tempo on K. Marx more than once, and there we liked some types of pizzas. We live in the south-west and decided to order pizza at home from a pizzeria on Gromova Street. They arrived on time and warm, but in appearance and taste the pizzas were different from those that were taken on K. Marx. They looked disgustingly inedible and tasted the same. They ate a piece and threw away the rest. A lot of fat and sunflower oil (maybe it's a sauce like that?). It doesn't matter.It wasn't delicious.we will not order any more.
