We were extremely dissatisfied with the visit to the Pod Most car service. They brought a BMW with broken multimedia.
They immediately pointed out a potentially problematic place — three blocks
on which liquid was dripping. The car stayed with them for a week, but there was no result.
Patience ran out, and we decided to pick up the car and repair it in another, normal service.
However, upon arrival, it turned out that the "repairs" had already been completed, but it would have been better if they hadn't touched anything at all.
Firstly, the hood's opening handle was broken for free, which is why it won't open now. At the same time, they said that "it broke down on its own."
Moreover, they knew perfectly well that they had broken it, but they kept silent, hoping that they would not notice. You will have to change the handle at your own expense.
After such "masters", it is necessary to check not only the operability of all the nodes they touched, but even the small change in the coin box.
Secondly, the price of the "repair" raises questions. According to these dealers, it was not a repair, it was just a diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Repairs can be refused, but diagnostics cannot, so they do not announce the amount in advance, so as not to scare off another new customer.
As a result, the cost was 300 rubles, which is at least three times higher than the adequate price.
And the most unpleasant thing was that everyone understood it perfectly: the electrician, the receptionist, and even me.
It was especially "interesting" to watch their happy faces — just like taxi drivers who charge exorbitantly at inflated fares.
At the same time, they communicate politely with you, give you checks and pretend that everything is in order, although in fact they are simply cheating the client.
I immediately remembered Sasha 63 rubles, I think they have similar business models.
As a result: they did one thing, took triple the price, broke the other. Now we have to send the car to a normal service in order to correct the consequences of their intervention.
By the way, they kind of have "free diagnostics" — but I wouldn't recommend even trying. It's not just about its quality, but the fact that these "masters"
can easily break something off, keep silent about it, and if you notice, say "it broke itself." And after their "free diagnostics" there is a great chance to get
into a paid unplanned repair.
Would I recommend this service to my friends? No.
Will I visit them again? No.
I advise motorists to stay away from unscrupulous dealers, whose only goal is to rip off as much money as possible from the client by rubbing their playful hands.
