Today, I passed tests, a crowd of people "grandfathers, grandmothers, moms with children, pregnant women and several young people" as a pregnant woman passed after the 3rd person. The blood was taken by the pros of their business, I was shocked. I was shocked that she was alone and talked calmly to everyone, but several bosses came in and told her to run, take blood from the children... And the needle is in me. No one helped her with the case, but they didn't stop commanding her either. A person does his job 100%, it's not her fault that her partner didn't come to work for some reason! And this problem should be solved by these bosses. And they just get in the way of a person... It's like a girl who takes blood will suddenly split into two and take blood strenuously into 4 hands. There are many who wear dressing gowns, but do not delegate work to the staff correctly. And they just stand and watch in a cramped room with patients how a pro works 🔥🔥🔥 another moment is " mom came in with a 2 - year-old baby, she also took her husband ." There were 10 people in the office in general. When her husband went out into the hallway, mom demanded that he stay. He stayed and only got in the way, stood with the phone "the blue tractor is coming to us" neither mom nor dad could hold the child straight. But again, the pro of her business did not let her down. People who come to the clinic TAKE OFF THEIR OUTERWEAR AND LEAVE IT DOWNSTAIRS IN THE WARDROBE. As small children with these bags or sitting blood donation in a jacket, manners and ethics have left the chat.

Although I am not a fan of going to the doctors, I like this clinic for its cleanliness and comfort. Friendly people in white coats at the reception. Any issue is solved quickly and, most importantly, complement each other. They explain it clearly. And very competent and friendly doctors

Why 1 point?
#19 polyclinic - recommended that the child undergo a chest X-ray there. ... They say it's fast and inexpensive on a paid basis!
In general, we went inside, found an office. And there, the queue that we expected to see, but relied on the fact that by paying for this service, you can somehow speed up the X-ray removal procedure.
We took a queue just in case. By the way, we did not know that there was a "live queue" and "record" and "payers"!!!
I go to the cashier to pay for the service. It amounted to 2800 tenge (cash or payment by credit card, no QR code!!!).
I paid without any problems, there was no queue. And immediately went to the office. And then I saw a picture of two mature men of honorable age figuring out who is right and who is to blame. And all this is on the mats. The child, and other children who were in line, were simply shocked. We tried to calm this scandal, but suddenly we became the culprits. And they immediately turned on the "reverse gear" so as not to provoke a fight further.
... time passed, about 40 minutes, the queue was still standing. And we decided to go to the cashier and return the money. The cashier understood everything well and returned it. We left the clinic and went to sunkar, walked for 4000 tenge without a queue and quietly without a boil.
I understand that the clinic is social, there are a lot of people, every day is routine, groundhog day, the same thing. But I think it is possible to somehow adjust this "farce" into a very simple matter, how to receive patients so that they can go through all the procedures according to the regime in order.
