The most terrible polyclinic of all polyclinics in the city of Bobruisk .Only boors work at the reception, and doctors are exactly the same. It was necessary to make an extract from the card for the driver's commission. I waited for a ticket to the therapist for five days, the doctor came to the appointment and replied that everything had changed and this doctor no longer accepts the ticket to whom he was , I had to take another ticket at the reception and wait for another 7 days, since there was no additional ticket.As it turns out, when I came to see a therapist, the discharge was already ready, since it is done by a doctor's assistant, as it turns out, additional coupons for an appointment with a therapist are allocated every day for 5 pcs. Instead of two days of passing the driver's commission, it took 17 days.Since the doctors of this clinic do not know and do not know how to properly issue extracts from the card.

A father with pneumonia visited 3 different therapists 3 times during the month (because his therapist was on vacation) with the completion of all tests, with the passage of fluorography, etc. and 3 times he was told that everything was fine. But after 4 days, an ambulance took them away, at the hospital at BSHK, doctors immediately diagnosed and hospitalized them. As for the doctors of the polyclinic, the hospital said that such people should be driven into the neck. What I completely agree with is that such incompetent doctors should sweep the streets, and professionals should work, of which there are few in this institution (and that's not a fact). I would like to write a complaint to the Ministry of Health, but I adequately understand that there will be 0 sense. Therefore, before going to this institution, think 1000 times and better look for specialized doctors with good qualifications.

The clinic is located in a large building, thanks to this, the corridors are spacious, the clinic is clean, equipped with 2 elevators (the building has 4 floors). The staff is overwhelmingly polite, and the nurses at the reception are very pleasant to talk to. It is possible to print an appointment ticket on your own, an information kiosk is equipped near the registry, although recently it has been in data download mode, but maybe I was just so "lucky". Basically, my clinic (this clinic is mine at the place of registration) I am quite satisfied. Of course, they lost my card, as well as the blood biochemistry analysis, but they found it relatively quickly. Doctors as doctors, it is difficult to say anything about their professional qualities, fortunately, I am a rare "guest" of the polyclinic.

Despite the fact that the administration makes a lot of efforts to increase the rating of the institution, there are doctors who undermine all authority with their attitude and forget that people come to them not because they have nothing to do, but because of not very pleasant circumstances. It is puzzling that it is not young specialists who show great inattention, but already experienced doctors, whose experience and wisdom should be respected. Probably, the management needs to remind particularly starred colleagues as often as possible about ways to resolve problems without conflict, especially since after communicating with the chief physician, I had the most positive emotions from the conversation - I need to pay tribute to her ability to get into the situation and prevent the scandal from gaining momentum in time. It's just a pity that every time in order to solve a problem, it is necessary to reach the higher management. For example, a visit to the neurologist Pasyuk O.E. actually ended with this, because the doctor showed complete indifference to the patient's problem, demonstrating together with the nurse a mockingly ironic manner of communication, which led to the fact that after 15 minutes of useless dialogue I was brought to a state of hysteria when I could not understand what was happening at all and at the end in the end, she screamed herself, after which the nurse told me that she was pregnant and it was unacceptable to talk to her in such a tone. I will not say exactly who was pregnant there, but this statement caused great surprise among her colleagues in the aftermath. Some kind of circus (((In the end, I was forced to be treated by my therapist instead of a neurologist, for which Sidorenko V. A. many thanks, as well as the administration, which in a matter of days gave a referral for an MRI scan and took care of the necessary concomitant treatment, while for Pasyuk O. E. the best option was simply to throw off an unwanted patient, showing their character and unprofessionalism.
I would like to praise the work of Laura Stelmakh and surgeon Timoshenko, calm, balanced, friendly doctors, every time you turn to them you get both attention and qualified help. It is a pity that there are few of them left(((

While you listen to the music and find out that currently all the specialists are busy, and when they finally answer, you already forget what you need and maybe ward 6. People are calling and nervous. And the pennies are dripping. It's only in this clinic. I'd just hang up and that's it.
