We came to the surgeon on 04.11.2024 at 16.15. Opening hours are from 17.00. I have a referral from the hospital (cast) on my hands for a second picture. They came in twice and asked us not to waste time sending us for a picture. While they waited, they had to wait another hour in line for an X-ray. Office hours are until 6.30 pm (the schedule is on the door). At 18.25, the door was closed in front of us and they said that they were no longer working. We were the last. The woman who answered us smiled mockingly at the fact that we were already standing with our bare leg (we had a cast removed for the picture) and mocked us with the words :"that's your problem." How can such a person work with children and in medicine in general? Protect people from such cruel people!! Please punish this woman (X-ray room).

The clinic is simple... It's hard to approach her, an endless construction site. It is unrealistic to drive up or get there if the leg is broken. If you do come in, then the registry office will not let you relax. If you make an appointment with a doctor, you will get to him in 2 weeks. If you call and sign up, then this is generally a circus. I called at 8 o'clock sharp, but there are still 12 people in front of me. If you call later, you will definitely not get through. I made an appointment with the surgeon 3 times. By the way... There is only 1 surgeon in the city, so it is impossible to get to him, but this is not only with a surgeon. There are huge queues in almost all offices. Doctors do their job carelessly. When I went to the neurologist, he was downloading a movie to his computer and only 2 minutes later he paid attention to me... In general... I do not recommend it!
