There is only one thing missing: a mother and child room where you can safely feed the baby's breast without turning around and hiding in corners, change a diaper and wash the baby's ass.

Disregard and indifference. How could people who are so equally negative about their work be accepted into one place 🤷🏻♀️ The polyclinic definitely cannot cope with the volume of patients. And with the onset of the "cold season", etc., children do not have the opportunity to fully recover, because when the child begins to recover, he will pick up something in this place again, because the flow of sick people is enormous and everyone is spinning in the same place (in a small corridor). Please take urgent action. Return the laboratories to the branches of this clinic, so that at least the concentration of the danger of getting sick and getting sick again is less.

The "doctor" traumatologist-orthopedist Novitsky is simply ZERO interest in work. The child (2 years old) broke his finger, a splint was applied at the children's hospital, then he was sent to a traumatologist at his place of residence. The splint was constantly falling off. After standing in a LONG queue, we were offered to wrap the already peeled splint with a bandage. The doctor did not get up from his chair and did not even look at the child's hand. When I became indignant that the child would take off this splint like a glove if you just put a bandage on top, then Novitsky suggested removing it (the splint) altogether. And this is on the fourth day after the fracture. Why is this "doctor" still sitting in this place with his eternally dissatisfied face?!

Everything was done professionally and with a soul, as for myself, although we are not familiar. It is clear that a person works conscientiously and results. Such workers are still to be found! Two weeks flew by like two days. The result of the massage is obvious. The baby has stopped throwing her head back because of hypertonicity in the muscles, the flip from the back to the stomach is almost done by herself and the handles have become soft, now she can hold toys by herself! The polyclinic is really in demand as needed. Patient care is not coping, some specialists are already scheduled for a month in advance (at least that's what they say in the registry). If the problem of recording by phone arises, then, as in the last century, you have to go in the morning and be on duty in the general morning queue on the street, before opening (about an hour). As for the professionalism of the doctors and medical staff, they are great, they help as best they can (thanks to them).

I formally conducted an examination, measured the pressure only after an urgent request. The main message of the meeting is do not contact us, go to the trauma center.

The child has identified a problem with which it is necessary to visit a masseur, but the next appointment is in three months, by this time the child's teeth will already come out and begin to crawl, unfortunately such a period cannot be waited for, so you have to contact private massage therapists. Repairs like in the 40s, with the exception of the floor where the chief physician sits, there is minimal repair, on the other floors it's just terrible ... 3 arrivals, because I sincerely hope to meet doctors there who are really interested in the health of the child.

Three stars, only for doctors and nurses. We have never been to a bad doctor (I hope this will continue). Almost all specialists have an electronic record, you can choose a convenient time of reception, and it is not necessary to stand behind the ticket from 6 am! Everything is scheduled for 2-3 weeks in advance in the pre-appointment, and there are coupons in the electronic one. We have been served in this clinic for only a year, we used to belong to other clinics. There is something to compare it with. It's time to build another clinic. It's just terrible! The corridors are narrow, and at the same time the doors open into the corridor! THIS IS VERY TRAUMATIC, considering that this is a CHILDREN's clinic, and SMALL CHILDREN walk along the corridors, and the doors are often opened probably from the foot. In general, the floors, walls, steps, windows - everything is in a deplorable state. In the waiting rooms, if there is a queue to see a doctor, there is nothing to breathe with. We really need a new polyclinic building, then there will be 5 stars!
