The staff speaks rudely. They brought my mother to tears. I had a toothache all night, I arrived there in the morning. They were rude. They said that their arms and legs hurt. And why they should accept everyone. You cannot pay with a card. Only in cash. It feels like the 19th century. Having done a favor, they deleted it. But with tantrums, screams and lamentations. Is it really necessary to call the hotline first to provide high-quality service in the State Regional polyclinic?!

I give 5 stars, I applied to this clinic twice for a paid appointment, the first is the removal of an anterior broken tooth, the second is the implantation of the same tooth.In the first case, everything was done quickly, neatly, there was a woman doctor, unfortunately I will not name her last name, in the second case I came to consult Shipul Alexander Nikolaevich, a 3D photo and all the accompanying ones, everything took a maximum of 15-20 minutes, the recording was already at the end of January 2024, but it was possible to carry out implantation in early January.The surgeon Shipul A. did everything at the highest level, everything went absolutely painlessly, the doctor was interested in my well-being during the operation, it took about 15 minutes, almost a month passed, the flight was normal, everything had healed long ago, the prices were democratic, in a private clinic the price for the same service was 2 times more expensive.I recommend this clinic and surgeon Shipul Alexander Nikolaevich and express my gratitude to him, a top-level specialist.
