I recently ordered the installation of stretch ceilings, and I want to share my impressions. Firstly, I was pleased with the service – the guys arrived on time, quickly made all the measurements, offered several options and helped with the choice of material. The work was done in just a few hours, there were no unpleasant odors or dirt left – everything was neat and clean.
The ceiling itself looks just gorgeous! The surface is perfectly smooth, even when viewed closely, no seams are visible. I had a complicated ceiling shape with several corners, but the specialists coped with a bang. We also installed lamps – everything works without problems.
The price is quite justified for such a level of quality. Now the apartment looks much more modern and cozy. If you are planning something like this, I can safely recommend these guys!

I ordered ceilings for the kitchen and bathroom in the company of ceilings.5 To begin with, the installers were 2.5 hours late, although the day before, on measurements, the measurer said that they would be approximately at 12, they would call in an hour, as a result, they arrived only at 14:30 and then after two calls to this company. Next, the fun began. Two guys arrived, for the first hour we only listened to how they were not obliged to work in such conditions, that they were not responsible for the safety of property in the apartment, that they should turn around and leave at the same minute, because there was furniture in the kitchen, and a washing machine in the bathroom. Although the day before installation, we learned from the measurer what needs to be removed and what to prepare for the installation of ceilings. Everything that was named by him, everything was prepared, cleaned and removed. Why we had to listen to all this from your installers, I don't understand.
Even during the installation, the installers howled songs that interrupted the sounds of even the INSTALLATION, my roommates thought they were drunk. Is this normal too? They didn't clean up the garbage after themselves, they left everything. Also, according to the comment of one of the installers, as he said, we still have to say thank you that they did not leave at all.
I have no specific questions about ceilings. We have installed it, everything seems to be fine. But the attitude...(no comments)
And then in the bathroom there were holes for the dryer on the tile, they closed it with the ceiling without saying anything, now they will have to hammer the tile again to make new holes. Thank you very much for that. Although I do not understand why it was necessary to lower the ceiling in the bathroom so much, the distance from the original ceiling to the dryer was decent.
Personally, I'm not going to order anything else here.

We sincerely believe that the main aspect of Potolki5 is reliability and trust, we have contacted them more than once and are glad that we did not have to be disappointed. Ceilings are made neatly, reliably, they will never take and promise a design that they will not be able to do, prices do not change -they remain as it was announced during the measurement, they do it in the shortest possible time and quickly, make concessions wherever possible, correct mistakes without prevaricating ... there are a lot of advantages, I'm afraid to overestimate.
Of the minuses: for installers, sometimes you need an eye and an eye, if they forgot to poke their finger somewhere, point out the nuances, they may mess up slightly, but that's what they are guys for, especially then everything is solved. But in terms of installing ceilings, well done, they try, they are not lazy.

Introduction:
I saw a 50p promotion on Instagram as a gift, I thought there was no difference from whom to order a stretch ceiling. The operator said yes, there will be a discount for you, the measurer was called. A nice guy arrived, measured everything, signed a contract, after 5 days installation, shook hands. The day before the installation, a girl calls to clarify the time, I clarify about the action, she says everything will be fine. I called the measurer, said that I had not taken it into account in the calculations and would talk to the managers, but since the manager told me that it would happen, it would happen.
Mounting:
The work took place without a vacuum cleaner. I asked: "why without it?", the answer killed: "you're going to wash the floor anyway." They swept a little behind them, but there's just a lot of dirt. The walls, tile seams, plumbing are all dirty. Is it really so hard to substitute a vacuum cleaner during drilling? The tiler cut the tiles with a balgark at 45 ° and it was cleaner after him.
Conclusion:
The ceiling has been stretched, at first glance everything is fine. Calculation, I ask about the discount that was promised, call and ask for the answer. I call the measurer, he says that you have less than 20mq, so the promotion is not valid. I ask why they didn't tell me about it initially and why don't you write right away that it's from 20mq. The answer is, probably the girls were too shy to call you back and tell you. A curtain.
Result:
I don't like to write reviews, but here I am overwhelmed with emotions. I don't care about these 50 rubles, against the background of all the repairs in the apartment, it's a drop in the bucket, but I don't care about the feeling that you were deceived. And we will wash everything from dust all evening, because the installers are too lazy to turn on the vacuum cleaner.

I ordered ceilings from this company and lamps, the quality is excellent, but the service is just 0.I got a base with a marriage, I waited 2 weeks for them to come and change it, and when they arrived it turned out that the master had taken the wrong base. I am waiting for the end of this epic.
P.S. The master came with the right base and changed it.
