I recently ordered the installation of stretch ceilings, and I want to share my impressions. Firstly, I was pleased with the service – the guys arrived on time, quickly made all the measurements, offered several options and helped with the choice of material. The work was done in just a few hours, there were no unpleasant odors or dirt left – everything was neat and clean.
The ceiling itself looks just gorgeous! The surface is perfectly smooth, even when viewed closely, no seams are visible. I had a complicated ceiling shape with several corners, but the specialists coped with a bang. We also installed lamps – everything works without problems.
The price is quite justified for such a level of quality. Now the apartment looks much more modern and cozy. If you are planning something like this, I can safely recommend these guys!

I ordered ceilings for the kitchen and bathroom in the company of ceilings.5 To begin with, the installers were 2.5 hours late, although the day before, on measurements, the measurer said that they would be approximately at 12, they would call in an hour, as a result, they arrived only at 14:30 and then after two calls to this company. Next, the fun began. Two guys arrived, for the first hour we only listened to how they were not obliged to work in such conditions, that they were not responsible for the safety of property in the apartment, that they should turn around and leave at the same minute, because there was furniture in the kitchen, and a washing machine in the bathroom. Although the day before installation, we learned from the measurer what needs to be removed and what to prepare for the installation of ceilings. Everything that was named by him, everything was prepared, cleaned and removed. Why we had to listen to all this from your installers, I don't understand.
Even during the installation, the installers howled songs that interrupted the sounds of even the INSTALLATION, my roommates thought they were drunk. Is this normal too? They didn't clean up the garbage after themselves, they left everything. Also, according to the comment of one of the installers, as he said, we still have to say thank you that they did not leave at all.
I have no specific questions about ceilings. We have installed it, everything seems to be fine. But the attitude...(no comments)
And then in the bathroom there were holes for the dryer on the tile, they closed it with the ceiling without saying anything, now they will have to hammer the tile again to make new holes. Thank you very much for that. Although I do not understand why it was necessary to lower the ceiling in the bathroom so much, the distance from the original ceiling to the dryer was decent.
Personally, I'm not going to order anything else here.

We sincerely believe that the main aspect of Potolki5 is reliability and trust, we have contacted them more than once and are glad that we did not have to be disappointed. Ceilings are made neatly, reliably, they will never take and promise a design that they will not be able to do, prices do not change -they remain as it was announced during the measurement, they do it in the shortest possible time and quickly, make concessions wherever possible, correct mistakes without prevaricating ... there are a lot of advantages, I'm afraid to overestimate.
Of the minuses: for installers, sometimes you need an eye and an eye, if they forgot to poke their finger somewhere, point out the nuances, they may mess up slightly, but that's what they are guys for, especially then everything is solved. But in terms of installing ceilings, well done, they try, they are not lazy.

This is achieved by qualified personnel and good organization of service provision. I especially want to mention Sergey. He is the face of the company, everything starts with him and the success of the whole project depends on his actions and calculations!

Вступление:
Увидел в инстаграм акцию 50р в подарок, подумал разницы нет у кого заказать натяжной потолок. Оператор сказала да будет вам скидка, вызвали замерщика. Приехал приятный парень, всё померял, заключили договор, через 5 дней монтаж, пожали руки. За день до монтажа звонит девушка уточнить время, я уточняю про акцию говорит всё будет. Позвонил замерщику, сказал, что не учёл при расчётах и поговорит с менеджерами, но раз мне менеджер сказал, что будет, значит будет.
Монтаж:
Работы проходили без пылесоса. Я поинтересовался: "почему без него?", ответ убил: "вы же всё равно будете мыть пол". Немного подмели за собой, но грязи просто немерено. Стены, швы плитки, сантехника всё засрано. Неужели так тяжело подставить пылесос во время сверления? Плиточник плитку балгаркой резал по 45° и то чище было после него.
Заключение:
Потолок натянули, на первый взгляд всё хорошо. Расчёт, спрашиваю про скидку которую обещали, ответ звоните спрашивайте. Звоню замерщику, говорит, что у вас меньше 20мкв поэтому акция не действует. Спрашиваю, почему изначально об этом не сказали и почему не пишите сразу, что от 20мкв. Ответ, наверное девочки постеснялись вам перезвонить и сказать. Занавес.
Итог:
Я отзывы не люблю писать, но тут прям эмоции переполняют. Плевать мне на эти 50р, на фоне всего ремонта в квартире, это капля в море, но вот на ощущения, что тебя обманули не плевать. А ещё весь вечер будем всё вымывать от пыли, потому что монтажникам лень включить пылесос.
Рекомендовать данную компанию никому не буду. Номер договора #01092/3

Заказывал потолки у этой фирмы и светильники, качество отличное, но вот сервисное обслуживание просто 0 .Попался цоколь с браком, 2 недели ждал, чтобы приехали и поменяли, а когда приехали оказалось, что мастер взял не тот цоколь. Жду окончания этой эпопеи.
P.S Мастер приехал с нужным цоколем и поменял.

На протяжении двух лет сотрудничаю с представителями данной компании, так как ремонт в частном доме решили делать по-этапно. В каждой комнате были разные задумки и осуществляли их разные специалисты - а сейчас, подводя итоговые результаты, выражаю благодарность каждому из них!!!! Спасибо руководителю компании, который собрал ти творит вместе с профессионалами. Контакты этой компании передвала знакомым , которые также поблагодарили их за работу, а меня за совет. Жаль потолки закончились в доме)))))....но это временно....))))

Хорошая фирма. Обращались не один раз. Делают быстро и качественно. От момента обращения , до конца работы проходит мало времени всегда. Звонят, напоминают о датах приезда. Всегда приятно оформлять заказ именно здесь.

Заказывал установку натяжного потолка во всю квартиру, долго
не мог определиться с цветовой гаммой и фактурой, дизайнер терпеливо
принимал мои изменения и предлагал новые варианты, в конце концов когда меня устроил конечный результат, я оформил договор и стал ждать. Натяжной потолок установили в течении полутора дней, по качеству и внешнему виду никаких вопросов. Так же мне сделали скидку за объемы большие объемы заказа, большое Вам спасибо!
