I contacted POWERFIX on the recommendation to fix the matrix in the macbook, I wanted the best one, the guys explained everything and told me about the difference in different matrices, what is really worth paying for, and what does not need to be overpaid. When I brought the MacBook, the staff were mega friendly, they checked everything in front of me, took pictures and began to fix it. I needed a computer urgently and here they came to the rescue. We did our job very quickly and at the highest level.
And recently I had a question with an iPhone, no one could help me solve a non-standard issue. I decided to write to the staff and they immediately solved my problem, which I had been suffering from for two months.

The matrix on the mackbook air broke, I was looking for a service where they could fix it, I came across Powerfix, read the reviews, they seemed too perfect and twisted to me, but I decided to choose it anyway. The arrogant factors were: a half-year warranty after repair, photo / video recording of the entire repair. After the repair, I checked everything, and they answered all my questions. About a month later, I noticed that the elastic band near the top of the screen did not fit snugly, I brought it back, they glued everything and returned it to me a day later, without charging me any money, which surprised me greatly. About a month later, there was a crunch when opening, I turned to Powerfix again, my laptop was disassembled and cleaned of dust, after which this crunch disappeared, and again they did not charge me for my work.
I am very pleased with this service center, I made sure that the reviews are real and real stories of people are written there. All repairs take the shortest possible time, while you are always in touch if you have any questions, they do not try to "disown" you, but they are happy to help you, they do not work on empty sales to increase the amount of the check, if necessary. I contacted the workshop about cleaning my laptop. Everything is gorgeous, the staff is polite, they consulted on the service, examined the laptop when receiving it, and drew up an acceptance certificate. Vibration did not work, 12 Pro Max. I thought I needed to change the vibration sensor. I contacted them at the Tank, agreed on the price by phone, but the master said that 90 percent of the replacement. I asked on the phone, apologizing, if I had it turned on, and answered with confidence in the affirmative. As a result, I called back 20 minutes later and said that I had it disabled by hardware. Apparently, in some kind of frenzy, I went through the settings and turned it off, I don't remember how, or someone joked. As a result, I had to forcibly hand over the cash I had, at least for coffee and a chocolate bar. I really appreciate honesty in such matters.

The next day, they called, notified me of all the identified malfunctions and offered several solutions to this situation, after which they gave me time to think about everything and make a decision. The next morning, after another consultation, I agreed to repair and replace the display. They advised me to leave the phone for a few days so that they would have more time to carry out all possible tests after the repair. That's what we agreed on. A few days later, I came to get a grief phone, they told me in detail about the work done, about the general condition of the phone and gave me some recommendations for further operation. The result exceeded expectations: not only did the phone stop restarting when connected to a power source, but it also became much better able to keep its charge by replacing the display!

The space bar on the Macbook air 2018 was "ripped out".
All but these guys offered to replace the entire topcase, which is easier, faster and, of course, an order of magnitude more expensive.

I am writing a review almost a month after the repair, having tested the device in the tail and mane. I changed the battery to 12 about Max. Having previously phoned the master and discussed all the details. It is immediately captivating that in this sc they will not "sell" you a Chinese copy under the guise of "100%original" (we are talking exclusively about batteries), because who knows, he knows how things are with original batteries in our market. The guys have a choice of regular and increased capacity, the price is different, but extremely uncritical, so the choice definitely fell on the increased capacity, I never doubted this choice for a month. It holds the phone perfectly, the Chinese increased is commensurate with the original native.
Now for the process itself. Everything is transparent, the guys take photos before / after and send them to your messenger (I attached an example photo). The phone was given in "perfect" condition, it was returned in the same condition, no new sudden errors were found. Of course, there were no sudden "breakdowns" of +50% to the repair cost.
Plus, the speaker grilles were cleaned for free, a low bow, they were clogged.
To sum up - 10/10 for service, 10/10 for courtesy and customer orientation.
I came to the guys, consider it from another country. I advise everyone.
