I want to share my experience of using the services of a car wash conveniently located near my office, which is an undoubted advantage. I used their services three times, ordering a comprehensive car wash, including a body wash, a complete interior cleaning and blackening of the rubber.
Unfortunately, each visit was accompanied by certain problems. The main drawback that I noted was the unsatisfactory quality of disk cleaning. Dirt remained inside the discs, which, according to the employees, was due to their inability or difficulty to clean the inside of the discs. At other car washes, where I also underwent a comprehensive car wash, such problems never arose.
Each time I made comments and asked to re-clean the discs and blacken the rubber, which, alas, has become a standard procedure. In addition, there were traces of dust and stains on the body, which they had to eliminate repeatedly.
On my last visit, I found a plastic part in the glove compartment of the car. When contacting the staff with a question about her origin, I was informed that they did not know where she came from and could not answer and did not inform me that she had been found. It later turned out that it was a broken bottom plug under the driver's seat, found under the mat. This fact raised doubts, since I could not have failed to notice her if she really was in such a place, since her size was 5cm x 2cm and she would have stood out enough and I would certainly have felt it, since I had not washed the car for 2 weeks and used the car daily until that moment.
Given my experience and feedback from friends who have also faced similar problems, including stains on the body when they had to wash the car again, I cannot recommend the services of this car wash.
Car wash owners should review the quality of services provided and provide additional training for employees to improve customer service and prevent similar situations in the future.

I use the services periodically. I am happy, and sometimes disappointed. They wash according to the mood and depending on which specialist the car gets to. Sometimes not the entire range of ordered services is performed, but the payment is taken, or the work is performed poorly. It is necessary to control. It is better not to visit in the evenings and on weekends.

Disgusting sink! The condition after washing is worse than before. Smeared in 10 minutes with a dirty rag. The mats were not washed, only shaken out. The openings were only held with a damp, dirty cloth. A lot of stains, streaks. I paid 23 rubles.
