I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the wonderful staff of the sports center , Vertebra, for their professionalism, humanity, desire and desire to help, make life better, without pain ! I came to the center just exhausted, with chronic pain in my back and joints. After examining the doctor, Andrey Sergeevich was prescribed a set of exercises. The second month of my training with physical therapy instructor Alexey is coming to an end. I began to feel more strength in my body , the pain in my back almost disappeared , and I began to feel muscles and energy . I can't even believe that you can live without pain. I want to express my gratitude to the center! My lower back and leg ached because of a hernia in the lower back. After the first classes, relief came, the result was noticeable. A month later, I had already forgotten about my symptoms. Moreover, I understood what processes were going on, why there was a pain syndrome and how to cope with it without pills. The team is wonderful! I came to training and classes with a kinesiologist with pleasure! I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you very much!

I take my son to physical therapy classes at the center, I really like the classes themselves, the friendly pleasant atmosphere. Attentive instructor Roman, the son is delighted. Before classes, we had a consultation with kinesiologist Andrey, I like an individual approach, attentive attitude. We have compiled an individual training program. We are very glad that we found the center of the Vertebra.

I have been studying at the center for more than a year. I really like the classes with coaches Nikolai, Sergei and Roman. In addition to a good workout of the muscles, there is a good stretching of the joints on the simulator rule. The Glisson loop is a must have for everyone working behind the monitors! Personal sessions with a trainer allow you to identify your personal body problems and correct them. And the appointment of a kinesiologist will help you even more to understand and correct your problems in muscles and joints. Once I had a chance to try the possibilities of taping. In case of injuries, it is a very good help! Well, my favorite is to hang upside down on the rule or alpha gravity :) In general, it is useful and fun :)

I've been doing it for a couple of months now. Only positive impressions from visits to this center! Competent and attentive specialists, individual approach, comfortable lounge. The simulator is a rule from the outside and looks intimidating, but over time it will become a favorite part of your workout)

Very friendly atmosphere in the hall! I constantly visit the gym, and decided to try something new. A Vertebra Center has opened near the house! I found out the list of services on their website, and signed up for a trial session on the RULE simulator. At the entrance, the administrator tells and shows everything. Sergey (the coach) coordinates all the actions, I really enjoyed working with him! After the lesson, I felt a surge of strength and relaxation in my body, so I decided to take a subscription!

I really liked the center and the specialists who work in it! Attentive, professional attitude. Qualified training taking into account the individual characteristics of the client. Classic exercise machines and a unique ancient Slavic "rule", the famous Gleason loop, gym balls, gymnastics, stretching ... Muscles are in good shape, positive in the soul, what else do you need from visiting a sports and wellness center? I recommend it to everyone!

A wonderful place! Good specialists are working, in particular, I would like to mention the kinesiologist, to whom I specifically went. A very interesting man with golden hands! He will tell you where it hurts, why and how to deal with it. I even learned a lot about my body. I definitely recommend this center!

I want to share my first experience of editing a rule on the simulator. Since I am looking for methods and techniques with which I can put my body and soul in order, I turned to the Vertebra center. The simulator coped with its tasks perfectly, after it I felt my body come to order, the vertebrae fell into place, the clamps were removed. Curiously, even the worldview has expanded, and answers to many questions have begun to appear.Now the rule is one of my important development tools, I recommend it to everyone!
