To the head of the store, you can order a mystery shopper and see how the consultants just prop up the counter, and not work...I was even surprised that everything was exactly the same for the employees. The site indicates what is available, but it is not in the store. Maybe I would have bought an alternative, but on the back of two consultants, both were busy with mobile phones.
