He warned that there are a lot of orders now and the waiting time is 1.5 months. After a day of our thoughts, we drove up to the office to conclude a contract, the managers offered to choose accessories and window sills - everything is there! An interest-free installment plan for 5 months is a great option! And when we got a call that they were putting on-Hooray!! The installer arrived, brought in the windows, installed two windows in a day, with high quality - no complaints!

Six months later, the finish was gone. I applied under warranty. They asked to submit a photo. I suggested we go out and take a look. They refused. According to the photo, they began to explain to me that when installing windows, problems appeared that are related to construction techniques. To my question why they didn't see it when measuring and installing it, the answer was that I should have known that. Upon applying for a warranty, despite the "Law on Consumer Rights ", they do not come and do not carry out repairs.

The question of finding a company did not arise, before that, windows were installed with this company (everything is fine so far). Two weeks ago, the installation of the Maxmid entrance door was completed, and a portal was additionally ordered. There was a prefabricated configuration, so we had to wait for its manufacture personally for our order. The installer (named Anton) independently dismantled and installed the door and portal. We accepted the work, there were no questions.

After a while, the problem comes back. So I came 3 more times. Now I tried to open the second part of the door and the door stopped closing at all. The company told me that the master would be able to arrive only by the end of the week. Does it mean that I have to go to work for another 4-6 days, and leave the door open at home? What kind of attitude is that? In addition, the manager was quite rude on the phone.

According to our problems, they answer that it was necessary to divide the impost into 2 parts (they did not advise this at all, i.e. I myself had to think about it) and they can't do anything, and now they will drive until the warranty, and then themselves....
