In February 2024, I turned to Andrey for consumer protection with the problem of 2 phones purchased at the Xiaomi brand store. I could not even think that in my question it was still possible to solve the issue somehow and I thought that I had come to a lot of money. Andrey clearly told me how to act correctly, supported me and said that the truth is on my side. I helped resolve the issue without a trial, but unfortunately it was not without it. I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TO ANDREY FOR HIS HELP. I DIDN'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT ANYTHING. THE MONEY WAS RETURNED + MORAL DAMAGE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, NO HASSLE - IT'S EXPENSIVE. They sent the wrong product, but they didn't want to return the money. I had to contact the consumer protection department. I'm just happy that Andrey Vladislavovich solved my question. I would like to express my gratitude to Levchenko Andrey Vladislavovich for the legal assistance provided in resolving the issue of the refund of funds from wildberries. Having returned the children's sneakers, I expected the transfer of funds for about two months, while constantly typing and writing letters to the wildberries support service, expect one answer, we are sorting it out. Having lost hope of getting my money back, I decided to contact the Public Association for Consumer Protection "Legal Solution", Andrey Vladislavovich listened to me carefully, told me what to send him (screenshots of the purchase, correspondence with the support service). During the period of resolving this issue, Andrey Vladislavovich was always in touch, processed and submitted all necessary documents to the court, represented my interests in court, since I am not from Minsk. As a result, wildberries returned the money for the sneakers to me, paid a penalty and reimbursed compensation for moral damage.
