I was flying with a one-month-old baby. The staff was friendly and helpful. They do not find fault with hand luggage at the check. Or rather, they don't even check it. I had an error in the ticket (I specified the document number incorrectly). Everything was fixed at the airport without any problems, although they could have found fault. (My joint was). The only disadvantage is that it is impossible to reach the consultant and no one answers the online chat.

The most finished company !!! Always just ALWAYS delayed!!! I swore off flying with this company and now I'm 2 hours late again!!! Because of this, I was late for an important event, the mood was completely spoiled!!!
This company needs to be called by another word - it will be more correct and many will agree with me!!!!

30.10.20 we were flying from Moscow to Kaliningrad. Everything went perfectly, with a slight delay of 10 minutes, I think this is not a problem. The pilot is a pro, I have never flown so gently before! The flight attendants are responsive and smiling. People radiate kindness and you will be happy
