On January 18, Veggie roses were bought, the condition was very sad 2 days later, they assured me that they were fresh and told me how to take care of them, and the flowers have been standing for a long time. The photo shows roses on day 3. When buying, I also noticed that half of the display cases were no longer in good condition and they needed to be thrown out, not stored, and even more so not sold. Do you consider this to be the normal condition of flowers for 2-3 days? It's a pity I didn't look at the reviews earlier, they don't even consider it necessary to respond to their "work"

I ordered HEARTS roses in advance for February 14th, they said there would be a fresh delivery for the holiday, the flowers would be fresh. I bought 31 pieces for 320 rubles. As a result, half of them wilted and the buds dropped the next morning! Although the flowers were cared for, as announced in the store. It turns out that most of the flowers were not fresh. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, LOOK FOR ANOTHER STORE!!!

Then they said: there is no place for sale ... already the whole momiza is painted according to custom bouquets…I bought other flowers. The service is slow. The chrysanthemums were stale, in the morning on March 6 (after a cool night) the view was not very good (brown petals appeared).
PS I go to the website on March 6, the same mimosas are available. Misinformation for the buyer.

I get on the car myself and go to their store, choose a bouquet and they redo it, I already realized that I am not worthy of a discount, they did not make a mistake, right. They have collected a bouquet, and ask - do you have a discount card? I really wanted to thank them for the discount card, but still they also have a holiday. I've already bought it somehow.
In general, look for another store, people are very busy here or do not know how to work with customers.

She did not offer to send a discount card, although she served and issued a person after me, despite the fact that there was a small bouquet for a smaller amount than mine. I didn't pack it from the snow, although I did it to the next client. There is no desire to return anymore because of such a strange attitude. But the store is interesting, my husband always bought there for me, I will ask you not to take it there anymore. There are a lot of competitors on Grushevka now, I have not met such an attitude there.

we bought 5 peonies on April 23...the buds opened on the same day and the petals began to fall off.
considering that the price of peonies is not small, is it really impossible to take care of the proper storage of the goods...the consultant did not even give the opportunity to choose flowers. I just chose what I wanted and sold it myself.

Avoid this store, they don't sell fresh flowers! People don't even think about going there if you read my review, I just read other people's reviews here late. Yesterday we bought peony-shaped roses for my Mother's birthday, put them in a huge vase with lots of water and after 6 hours they wilted (The holiday is spoiled, as they say, so I advise everyone to bypass this store!
