I visited this cinema several times, and I can say that my impressions were mixed. The advantages include a convenient location and a good selection of movies. However, the disadvantages are also noticeable. The sound and image quality did not always meet expectations, and the staff was not always attentive. It would be great if they improved these aspects. In general, I can rate this cinema 3 out of 5.

On January 2, 2023, when buying a ticket on Ticketon, there was a common price for everyone. 1200 tenge. Depending on the ticket price, adult, student, children are not sold separately. Only one type of popcorn is sold. There is no warm hand washing water in the toilet, only rock-ice water. The waiting room is cool.

The former "Kazakhstan". recently we went with the whole family, we were pleasantly surprised, everything is on the level, up to popcorn if you want, the hall itself is small but large chairs, free-standing, no one bothers anyone, the voice acting is just fantastic, subwoofers under the floor create gorgeous effects, it even seems the vibration installations are hidden :_), but when watching, when on the screen, everything explodes and rumbles, you feel almost with your whole body. everything is very beautifully decorated both in the hall and in the lobby, there is a separate small room with comfortable sofas for VIP clients

There are three disadvantages: expensive popcorn, but in principle, as in all cinemas, it is unclear in a small hall that the backs recline so that they recline, you need to put a lot of pressure on your back, in a large hall during the premiere if you go alone or somehow you are left alone on the couch, an unknown person can be planted to you. In general, the feeling after the cinema was positive, have a good viewing for everyone!!!!
