I would like to express my deep gratitude to our manager from the Prestige Aqua Tour company. From the first moment we arrived at the office, we were greeted very kindly. I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered clearly, without too much water. In the end, we settled on Egypt, as this country perfectly suited our budget and desires. This is the second time we have applied to this agency for a tour. Previously, we had a vacation in Egypt, now we decided to go to Bali. Thanks to this tour operator, we had a rest in Dubai. I needed last-minute travel packages, as I suddenly got a week off. We contacted Aqua Tour travel agencies based on the recommendations of friends. We came to Minsk on purpose 2 years ago. We called in advance. They were already waiting for us. Very nice guys. I purchased the tour "Georgia with comfort +" from the Prestige Aqua Tour company, located in Minsk on Troitskaya Embankment. The tour was purchased in more than two months. With Departure on 13.09.2019. Less than a month before my departure, I was refused a service in favor of someone else. I managed to get the money back at an economic cost. As an alternative, I was offered tours around the country, with my own surcharge. After studying the contract, I came to the conclusion that they reserved the right to refuse any client a tour without any consequences for the company. To sum up, for me, the interactions with the company turned out to be deplorable, the travel agency doesn't care about the lantern. Whether to conclude this agreement with them is up to you.
