A terrible organization that needs to be avoided.I ordered sliding interior doors in one room, prices are more expensive than competitors, and with such an attitude to customers and with such an approach, it is easier to order doors from a discounter or a hardware store or from competitors and it will be 2 times cheaper.I ordered the doors, the next day the measurer arrived, drew up a contract and took an advance payment.Everything is fine at this stage, but then.....It's a nightmare!!!!According to the contract, the deadline for manufacturing doors is 30 days, the deadlines are delayed and none of the representatives of this organization calls, writes, or informs the client at all.I write to Instagram myself-they don't answer, I call the number specified in the contract-they don't answer, they don't call back.In Viber, you can only get some kind of feedback, and then they redirect to the number specified in the contract to the logistician, or they somehow contact the logistician (Natalia).As a result, instead of 30 days, the doors were manufactured for almost 2 months.On the day of delivery, they call an hour before the delivery deadline and tell them that they can't do it today, saying let's do it another day.Just for a second!!!I took days off at work, and the Prima Doors organization agreed on the day and time of delivery for the week, but they have a joint on the joint.Then they bring the doors to me, but they don't have a free team to install them, only after 3.5 weeks....And 3.5 weeks later, the New Year, and the living room is a mess, the doors, all the accessories on the floor, the sofa cannot be pulled out, the Christmas tree cannot be put up for the holiday....There's trash in the room!!!They said to look for installers yourself.That is, how to place an order, so they arrived the next day for measurement and prepayment, and then lawlessness.So with this arrangement, you can find a team yourself and so on. You can order doors much cheaper than they do.As a result, the day of installation came, we called the master periodically, agreed on the date and time, but the master did not show up and did not deign to notify in advance that he would not come.Master Andrey. I took a day off from work again, and they let me down again.Tomorrow is Christmas!!!New Year's Eve is in a week!The doors are still not installed!Therefore, when choosing an organization, I do not recommend this one. Firstly, there are organizations, discounters, hardware stores, warehouses with remnants of similar models of doors, only the prices are much lower, and secondly (most importantly) dishonest, irresponsible, and simply dump customers!!!The main task is to place an order, and then, as you wish!

I really do not recommend ordering doors from Primadoors. The doors were manufactured and delivered on time, then the fun began. On the trail.the day after the delivery, the installer arrived. Immediately during the first hour of work, I dropped the door and broke the glass in the door. OK, I measured the glass, changed it at my own expense. Farther.... I installed the doors for 10 hours. 2 interior doors!! 10 o'clock!! The whole day. So whoever orders immediately plan that you will be at home all day. I installed it badly, the doors on top are hanging back and forth, they do not fit tightly. There were also openings between the wall and the door by centimeter. Is this normal? It was also agreed that one door needs a top stitch. He did the stitching on one side of the door, on the other he said it wasn't his job to sew it up, so there was a hole on the other side of the door. So even when I finished at 10 p.m., all the garbage, the old doors, said that we should take it out ourselves. And for this hack I took 300 rubles. I'm attaching all the photos.
