And then maybe a miracle will happen, their "smart" system will deign to write off the debt, and then unlock the card. But this is not accurate. It is also not clear when the system will write them off.
Bottom line: the money from the account was credited to the card, but the "smart system" did not debit it, the card is not unlocked. That is, if you want to wait for the unknown when you will be allowed to use your money, then this bank is for you👍
