The bank may be good, but there are employees - to apply for a loan, you will have to go through seven circles of hell: the documents are accepted by a "postman" who cannot explain anything and passes them on. Narrow specialists check documents sequentially, that is, before the first error, instead of looking through everything and giving a complete list of missing or incorrectly executed documents. As a result, it took almost a month and a lot of nerves and health to apply for a home loan.

The service is in principle adequate, but due to the fact that the building from the inside looks like after the bombing, the overall impression of visiting this office was not very pleasant. The location is excellent, the city center, although there is no parking nearby, but this is already a feature that the management would not have affected in any way. For maintenance and location 5, minus 2 for the renovation of the premises.

ATMs and information kiosks are constantly buggy. Card acceptance is often cut off throughout Belarus. They probably hadn't heard about reserving the communication channel and the data server. Often, when paying via nfc, the bank blocks the payment amount, but does not transfer the money to the seller (the terminal writes no permission, but takes the money for 8 days. As a result, you do not receive the paid goods, and you are left without money.
