I have been a client of this bank for many years... when visiting this branch, I always remain under terrible impressions.If the staff could be changed at the ticket offices and at the reception, it would be a good start to treat the client well. by the way, after sitting in line for a long time with a child (it does not happen quickly there, when working there are only 2 cash registers), the toilet is only for employees, I had to look for a toilet in the district.

The bank has never been worse.
The queue at the office for specialists is an hour and a half. It's just nonsense. The mobile Internet in the building works through one place, which makes waiting in line even worse.
When transferring money from another bank to the Prior through the erip, this is a separate mockery because the money goes for a very long time, while in other banks everything is fast.
Previously there was a good bank, now it's a real horror
