We stayed in this beautiful guest house in a triple room from July 8 to 12, 2024. A great guest house. Everything is clean, tidy, there is a kitchen where we cooked breakfast and had breakfast outside in the cool greenery. Very close to the sea, just a couple of steps away. There are all canteens, cafes, shops nearby. A good beach, lots of entertainment and excursions. Thanks a lot to Larisa Vladimirovna, the friendly hostess keeps everything clean and tidy. Thank you very much to Artyom for his promptness, complete information, and responsiveness. And even we had an evening departure and the room was free, the guests arrived the next day and we were allowed to stay until the evening.

It's 100 steps to the sea.A cozy courtyard.I had a single room, separate from everyone else.Infrastructure-everything is nearby- and shops where you can pay with a card, and a chic barbecue-"From Gagik" (really delicious!).I don't have time to cook in Moscow, here is the kitchen, I cook delicious food.For it is a 15-minute walk to the market, and the same to the "Butcher shop" (meat is cheaper than in Moscow and of better quality.
And nearby you can buy excursions from a company that still worked in the USSR-the standard of quality is being served!(the owners will tell you where the representative is, do not be lazy to ask).
But the most important thing is adequate, cool hosts.
In general, I have been resting for the seventh year in a row according to the principle:They don't look for good from goodness.
Just like at home-simple, sincere and tasteful!I recommend it!

I was on vacation with my family in July! It's a great place. Friendly and hospitable hosts. Comfort, cleanliness and order. Well-maintained rooms. All the equipment is modern, everything is working properly. The sea is close - and this is the most important plus, and also ends with an updated embankment. It's going to be even better here soon!
