A simple inexpensive dining room. The portions are normal. It can be a little cleaner and better tablecloths. Easy check-in along the way. It is located opposite the building of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Pros: inexpensive.
Cons: everything else.
Of the 4 dishes, one was eaten completely, one partially, two were impossible to eat, left. The assortment is average, generally dirty, the appliances are greasy, I'm silent about the interior.
We stopped by once, never again.
