They sent me here to the cardiology department. Everything is fine there, there are practically no questions. I would like a little more attention as a patient. But on the whole, everything is fine. I got on a very busy day, so I had to wait a long time for the conclusion. The girls are smart, they suffered a little with me, but everything worked out. A very big question for the admission department. An older woman behaved very arrogantly when filling out my questionnaire. When asked how to get into the reception window of the cardiology department, at first she did not explain clearly, but when asked by her husband, "It's above the floor, above you. Right?", got angry and replied, "You'll find it there yourself!". After the procedure, my husband and I waited for the conclusion, went to eat, and returned. We decided to visit the toilet, as we had been waiting for the conclusion for a long time. We went to the reception department to visit the "office", instead of politely saying that everything is closing here now and telling where to go to the toilet, it was said very rudely, "Yes, I just washed here, come in." Her husband could not stand such a boorish attitude (he restrained himself for the first time) and began to swear on what basis she was talking so boorishly to people. My husband was worried that I hadn't eaten for a day (I was preparing for the procedure), and then they were rude, because you can't go to the toilet anymore, it's been cleaned. And the heat affected the long wait for the conclusion. We complained to the doctor when we received the report. A very big request to the head of the department, take measures to such a boorish attitude. I came to you for the first time, I do not know where and what is, I worry about the procedure (they are not very pleasant, and for the first time such a passage), and this kind of boorish attitude really spoils the impression and mood. People with such a worldview should not contact people.
