Level 9 Local Expert

Definitely my favorite among Istanbul's specialty coffee shops. A coffee shop-laboratory with a stunning interior. For me, the atmosphere in the place is no less important than the taste of the coffee itself. Both points are 10 out of 10. The roasting machine for roasting is right next to the tables. The owner of the place sometimes comes down from the balcony hanging over the main space, sometimes goes down on an orange platform somewhere below. Making the drink is a whole show. A huge recommendation!
