Do not be fooled by finding yourself in the zero positions of the search for this workshop. Long deadlines, high price, require the client to take the laces out of the shoes. There is nothing else to do, like unlacing in 2024 and then pulling the laces into the shoes again. This is not required in other workshops. And the fact that it is written in your rules, it does not mean anything. Although you write down the requirement to hand over shoes in a wizard's hat, but the whole question will be different: will the comments want to run around the city and look for a wizard's hat to satisfy your requirement.

Disappointed. I handed over my shoes. The manager called, talked to him about the front of the work. I had to wait for shoes for a long time - not a day, not two, not five... All in the expectation that the work will be done perfectly... And then... When I saw the result, I regretted that I put the shoes there ((( For example, I paid 38 rubles to be glued. The shoes did NOT come glued. The inner warm insoles have not returned. The backs are torn. Yes, the shoes were cleaned. There are no questions here. I am writing to their manager. They offer to give me a guarantee. That is, I have to go again to hand over my shoes. Then wait another 10 days. Pay another 95 rubles for the backs. In short, again spend a lot of time and money... I wish I hadn't given them shoes this time. There are more losses and disadvantages than +. The feeling that they did the go-ahead this time. The money is not small, more than 120 rubles, but the result this time is about nothing! That's how customers get lost.

And yes, it turned out that way. We agreed that I would pick up on the Stone Hill, I am waiting for a message, it is not there. I'm calling myself, come to the Red Square, the shoes are ready. Well, OK, I forgot to mark it. I'm waiting for delivery, thanks here, the shoes arrived. And... one pair is nothing, but not ideal. The second one is two points higher. Dirt could be removed with a fingernail. The insoles, as if it were a joke, cleaned the top, and only the heels on the inside. I can clean it myself at home. A complete disappointment. The prices are high, the quality of the service is not. There is also no service and careful attitude to shoes. We loaded both suede and leather into one package, one for one.

Hack work and forgotten ends of a line of 10cm is still the smallest thing that can be told. Either lower the prices, or improve the quality. The third is not given. And a skillful smm on Instagram, and even sweets made of disgusting plastic chocolate at the reception will not save you from competition in the market.

It was disappointing. I passed 2 pairs, from the first (we managed to punch holes on rubber flip-flops), I repaired it earlier and I really liked it.
I went to Krasnaya Hill on purpose from Kamennaya Hill!
The children were disappointed. I understand absolutely adequately that there can be no guarantees for my type of repair, but you have excellent craftsmen, I thought, yeah.
1. Deadlines. The landmark is 14.07, I was assured that it can be faster, but speed is a nice bonus. 1 SMS came, it turned out that 2 should have come, arrived on 07/14/07, they said that 1 was ready, and the second ones had 7 hours left. Well, I have the right. Right? A day passes, 2 passes ... 17.07 SMS arrives, 18.07 pick up.
Total : for 1 stitch, as seen in the photo - 9 days.
2. Quality and price. Yes, they typed, yes, the cost was agreed, 20p- to make new stitches on two legs, they called back, they say, master 1 will not touch the darned ones, you can make it worse. Well ok.
Now the question is: why hasn't the price changed?
Come on, let's say it's 20p, but at least make it in color!
I prepared 2 more pairs for you, but the children broke my heart, by God. How do you continue to believe?

I took it under warranty, I had to talk for a long time, but the joints were accepted
As a result, the noses were more or less restored, but the crack remained
after 2 months, the paint peeled off completely
As a result, my shoes are ruined
