Hello. We had an appointment with the pediatrician at 15.00, at 14.55 we sat at the office. As a result, we came in only at 15.25. If you write down the time, then be kind and take it on time. I understand the delay of 5-10 minutes, but not at 25. So the child cannot sit for so long, and then there is also such a delay.
And yet, this is a paid medical center and an appointment with a pediatrician, is it really impossible to ensure the presence of toys in the office? How can a child sit for 30 minutes at an appointment when his mother is talking to a doctor?

We tried to make an appointment with a pediatric neurologist. They said you don't need to come, make an appointment by phone, well, I think it's OK. Day X came, 8 a.m., we call from two phones, they don't pick up the phone or it's busy, they picked it up at 8.12 they said sorry, there are no coupons, they distributed everything. I say how they distributed it, so the recording is on the phone, no, people took turns sorting it out. Was it really hard to say that there was a queue, or there were few coupons, come on a first-come, first-served basis. I hope the administration will take measures to the staff who are sitting at the reception.

The most disgusting paid checkup in my wife's life!!!!
Rudeness of the nurses at the reception and during the reception!
They worked like a bunch of village shoemakers (nurses).
So, first things first.
My wife went to get a consultation with a gynecologist, immediately what caught my eye was the nurses (administrators) at the reception. The wife arrived at the appointed time, but none of the two employees paid any attention to her. One was on the phone all the time, and the other showed with her whole appearance that something had angered her and she was out of sorts ("very professionally"). As a result, no one reacted to the presence of my wife for 10 minutes. After talking a lot on the phone, they deigned to get a card and told me where to go next.
Further, I was horrified that the "unknown" in a white coat (without a badge) took a card and told me to go to the office and prepare for the examination. And so you undress, sit down in a genicological chair in deathly silence and do not understand who is in front of you, a doctor or a nurse. And then the doctor comes in (it turns out there was a nurse) and gets to know the patient in this form (I think many people understand that not everyone is psychologically comfortable). Still, most of us are used to getting to know each other first. with the doctor and discuss your complaints, and only then proceed to the examination. And here it is like this!!! As in the village canteen: "Here! On! Next one!" Far from the level of a paid branch.
And then more. The doctor gives advice, the nurse clicks, the doctor says ultrasound, the nurse: "also ultrasound, pfft."
What kind of attitude is this??!??!
On ultrasound, when the spouse is half-naked, another doctor shamelessly enters the office, leaving the door ajar, and begins to communicate with the doctor conducting the examination on his own topics!
And then no one escorted her through the offices, but something like: "go there without knowing where," and my wife came here for the first time.
+ to all this horror, they made several far-fetched diagnoses, told to do a bunch of expensive tests,
which later were told not to do at another center and the diagnosis was not confirmed.
Draw conclusions!!!
I do not recommend anyone to contact here!!! If there was an opportunity, I would put minus 5 stars
