Profstal-Stroy is a disgusting quality of laser pipe cutting 50*25*1,5 . The size deviation of the finished parts from the model was up to 2 mm, both plus and minus. So all 64 details. On the quality claim and the requirement to redo, first followed a week-long red tape "solving the issue", and then in a boorish form it was proposed to follow the rules: a photo with dimensions, a written claim, time for consideration, time for decision-making, lawyers, etc. In other words, defective parts and calipers lying in front of the performer's eyes in the hands as proof of marriage, they are not evidence for making a decision in a place.
The result: a few lost weeks while the production, devoid of details, just stands. I do not advise everyone, you will get a headache. There are many much more flexible and decent companies. To everyone interested, I can provide factual evidence of the above.

I came across this company several times, after the first time, I vowed not to contact them anymore, because they made the product and did not get into the size. After a year of hiatus, they themselves offered to resume work ... and again on the same rake. Not only were the production dates violated (the invoice was signed on 25, paid on 28, and the product was manufactured on the 19th of the following month) for 2 weeks, but the requests were "at what stage of the manufacturing process, the manager disappeared altogether, neither in the manager nor by phone." There was no reaction to the letter of claim for refusal of manufacture, and a week after the letter, they showed up with an offer to pick up the finished product. As it turned out, this is the same product that their competitors have three times in production!!! It was twice cheaper, so I had to order and buy until there was feedback from them. These conversations were with different managers, because after the "jamb", it was changed for me for further fruitful work. In general, if you value your time and nerves, I do not advise you to contact them. It is better to contact others, even if there are deadlines and it may also be, but they keep in touch all the time, and do not hide. If it were possible to give a minus sign, I would have given it without hesitation.
