We bought a Fiji sofa in Rostov-on-Don - it has been smelling of chymosa for 18 days, we open the window, but it does not wear out! We can't use the sofa! They overlap with personal documents and various papers, but the stink in the apartment is impossible! The child wanted this sofa so much, but you can't use it! We will have to go to court, since neither the manufacturer nor the seller did not even come to taste such a pleasant "aroma"!

With a scandal, they were taken away for repairs, although the sofa was still under warranty. They returned it from repair and a month later the saddle sagged again, the fabric began to gather into an accordion and sag. For all this, we were told that we ourselves specially stuffed the fabric for the photo with our hand and everything is OK with the sofa)))and the sofa is still under warranty. I do not advise contacting this factory, otherwise if problems arise, they simply will not be solved, and they will also be rude to you on the phone.
