As written below, the tool is of the highest quality, they assure on the phone that everything is fine and everything is in order, but having rented a tile cutter and as it turned out with a blunt cutter, I broke the tile as if it had been thrown on the ground, as a result, a piece of tile for 90 rubles in the trash. They refused to refund the money for renting a faulty tool, for which an entry was made in the book of comments. They threatened the police in every possible way, but then they themselves began to cry like girls and tell me to call them myself. If you want to throw money away and face a society that is forbidden to work in the service sector, then you are here. Spending money, time, nerves-they will help you with this here.

I used this rental 2 times.And I strongly advise Craftsmen not to take a tool from this company.I took a manual concrete grinder.2 times the torment stops, then the button does not turn on. The people who are sitting there (especially with GLASSES) start squeaking that everything is OK. I invited them to the object 2 times to make sure of the malfunction because the malfunction manifests itself at the slightest heating) and 2 times when I came I warned the object is far away, tell me exactly everything is normal! They're all standing at attention.Everything is NEW, only from the repair. The guys started a business and don't even know how to repair and don't know anything at all. A very dangerous service, you can get in when I started to prove that, after I called them to the facility and offered to show them, they threatened to call the police. But the most interesting thing IS BEWARE, they are all blacklisted and you will be refused in other rentals, maybe! Unless of course they know these guys)))))) which microns are counted on the drill and the wear of the counters may soon be taken into account on the grinder.In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
