We were at this hospital today. We get here for the 2nd time. A cat with a tail abscess was operated on. Why 3 stars: 1) The price per operation is 3,500rubles . It's a bit expensive, I think. But, this can only be justified by the fact that today is a day off - Sunday. I.e. comparable to a taxi at night 🙈 (For comparison, in the state vet clinic - cesarean, followed by sterilization + blanket and medicines, and communication with the doctor by phone for 10 days!!! - 1200₽🤔 exactly 5 stars for them!!!) 2) The animal was put under anesthesia and back into the carrier bag. The cat was vomiting because she was eating, and the operation was an emergency. She's locked in her bag, left to her own devices. By the way, I will add to the owners of animals + 1 phobia - an animal unattended during anesthesia can vomit and aspirate (choke) with vomit. The consequences are sad! At the state clinic, I was in the operating room with a cat, until the start of the operation! I helped her with vomiting, helped the doctor fix the operation. I was waiting for the table under the operating room! 3) I was told that they had installed a drainage gum (for those who do not know, this is a piece of sterile glove). But, in the evening, I decided to make a dressing for the cat, because the bandage was very bloody, and I was unpleasantly surprised! Instead of an elastic band, an ordinary piece of bandage!!! Fellow doctors, have a conscience!!! I worked for 10 years in a purulent dressing room!!! I've never seen anything like it in my life! Try to wash the threads of the bandage from the wound!!! I understand that people who do not understand will take you to your dressing and pay money, but! You need to be more professional! "The surgeon sutured the abdominal cavity and left a napkin there" - are you serious? 4) You charge not a small amount for surgical treatment, well, but! Bandages!!! There are excellent self-fixing bandages, without a bunch of loose threads. Perfectly fix the bandage of any complexity! Get them already, finally! Thank you, of course, for helping our pets any day and at any time, but let's somehow be better to each other and to our smaller brothers!

Money is not made of iron, after all, and if it is ineffective, what is the problem with advising something else, better put it this way? In general, I can only say one thing - a terrible clinic with terrible employees, nothing more.
