The hotel is located in a very good location of the old town. Most of the attractions are within walking distance, there is a beautiful embankment across the street, the Maiden Tower is a 4-minute walk away, there are many expensive luxury boutiques along the way (prices bite, we did not go in), but they smell delicious). The staff is friendly and will help with any questions. They settled in quickly, everything was told - super. Breakfasts are generally 3 out of 5. The choice is small, sausages, shakshuka, eggs, sweets are different and a delicious mix of omelets to order. This is probably the end of the advantages. The biggest disadvantage is the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. It's just sad, we wanted to leave on the second day. It is unclear why the hotel cannot clean the carpet, walls, it is unclear (it takes a very long time to write about the condition, I will attach a photo, you can see everything). We had a king-size single bed. In the end, it's just two shifted halves that move apart all the time. The shower constantly stinks of smoke, it pulls from other rooms, so it stinks all over the room. In the morning, for some reason, some kind of rust was pouring back out of the drain in the shower.
As a result: I cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry, the guys who work there, they're really trying. But it is not worth its money at all, unfortunately it is impossible to have fun in it, given such a terrible state.

A cozy hotel for leisurely walks around the main attractions of Baku. There is no hurry - everything is nearby. We lived in room 211. Almost everyone at the reception speaks Russian. The room is provided with everything you need from personal hygiene items to teas and coffee. The cleaning was of high quality every day - with the replacement of soap, toothbrush, razor, tea, coffee, shampoo, gel. The linen is fresh, the mattresses on the beds are comfortable. For 5 days, the breakfasts were not boring, although they were of the same type, but with a choice of dishes. Everything is delicious except baking. There were a lot of Indians, Russian speakers, a few Germans, Chinese in the hotel. WiFi is excellent in the room. Special thanks for the early check-in. The interiors are interesting. Of the minor disadvantages - the carpet is stained in places, a faint unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, good location. In the old town, not every hotel can be reached by car, there is a convenient entrance. Friendly staff, try to please the guests, but few people speak Russian. Excellent breakfasts, not European, lots and tasty. Solid 4*, not up to 5*, but a very pleasant hotel. A great cafe with a roof terrace. Next time we'll probably stay there again. I highly recommend it.
