The hotel is located in a very good location of the old town. Most of the attractions are within walking distance, there is a beautiful embankment across the street, the Maiden Tower is a 4-minute walk away, there are many expensive luxury boutiques along the way (prices bite, we did not go in), but they smell delicious). The staff is friendly and will help with any questions. They settled in quickly, everything was told - super. Breakfasts are generally 3 out of 5. The choice is small, sausages, shakshuka, eggs, sweets are different and a delicious mix of omelets to order. This is probably the end of the advantages. The biggest disadvantage is the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. It's just sad, we wanted to leave on the second day. It is unclear why the hotel cannot clean the carpet, walls, it is unclear (it takes a very long time to write about the condition, I will attach a photo, you can see everything). We had a king-size single bed. In the end, it's just two shifted halves that move apart all the time. The shower constantly stinks of smoke, it pulls from other rooms, so it stinks all over the room. In the morning, for some reason, some kind of rust was pouring back out of the drain in the shower.
As a result: I cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry, the guys who work there, they're really trying. But it is not worth its money at all, unfortunately it is impossible to have fun in it, given such a terrible state.

A cozy hotel for leisurely walks around the main attractions of Baku. There is no hurry - everything is nearby. We lived in room 211. Almost everyone at the reception speaks Russian. The room is provided with everything you need from personal hygiene items to teas and coffee. The cleaning was of high quality every day - with the replacement of soap, toothbrush, razor, tea, coffee, shampoo, gel. The linen is fresh, the mattresses on the beds are comfortable. For 5 days, the breakfasts were not boring, although they were of the same type, but with a choice of dishes. Everything is delicious except baking. There were a lot of Indians, Russian speakers, a few Germans, Chinese in the hotel. WiFi is excellent in the room. Special thanks for the early check-in. The interiors are interesting. Of the minor disadvantages - the carpet is stained in places, a faint unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

It can be seen that it has been partially recently renovated - cosmetic repairs are pleasant, the interior is tastefully selected.
But! Always read after But!
The tiles in the shower stall are not special, non-slip, but ordinary. How I flew inside and miraculously did not break my arm and did not break the wall, I will not describe ...
Extremely low noise insulation. Since the hotel is located by the road, you will witness all traffic accidents.
When checking in, there was no handle in the window at all and it did not close. The problem was solved within 10 minutes, but how could you turn in such a number?

Nice hotel, good location. In the old town, not every hotel can be reached by car, there is a convenient entrance. Friendly staff, try to please the guests, but few people speak Russian. Excellent breakfasts, not European, lots and tasty. Solid 4*, not up to 5*, but a very pleasant hotel. A great cafe with a roof terrace. Next time we'll probably stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Everything is fine - the hospitality, the location, the breakfasts, and the service. There is a small drop of tar - a regular smell in the bathroom, I think the management needs to work in this direction. BUT! - this is nothing compared to a lot of advantages. A wonderful rooftop restaurant is a special Respect for this wonderful location!!!

Our visit to Baku began with a wonderful trip from the airport and the disappointment that began at the moment of checking into the hotel. I should note right away that the choice of the hotel was based on several criteria. This is the main location, it is excellent, near the old town, the embankment, the central walking streets and so on, but keep in mind that when booking you need to discuss your view from the window in advance, as you can see from the photo, it was terrible in our first check-in. Then we chose based on photos and reviews, everything was fine, despite the fact that the price for 4 nights is not small - 43,200 rubles. The hotel itself is already pretty shabby, the room that was originally given to us by area, if you open 2 suitcases, it is impossible even to walk. There is a terrible smell in the bathroom of old sewage and broken furniture, a torn bed, a wooden mattress, and terribly dusty and dirty curtains. It was decided to leave the hotel and move to another hotel, they found an option nearby, they could not return the money for the hotel to us, since they did not order directly. We decided to stay one night, slept in our clothes. The next morning, at the reception we were finally told that there were options and we would be offered another room. The proposed room corresponded to the dimensions stated on the website, but the carpet was very dirty. Since the operator through whom we ordered did not return the money to us, we decided to stay. What I would like to note from the advantages is the staff, very polite, always ready to help, go to a meeting. We ordered only with breakfast, to be honest, a solid three. I would like to wish the hotel administration to invest in the renovation of the room stock and develop the hotel, as I will say once again that the location is excellent, the staff is great. We hope that we will visit your hotel again, in an updated and renovated form. Yes, I forgot, the refrigerator in the room worked only when it was taken out of the drawer, before that it was warming).

- when leaving, they asked us to wait (we were in six hotels in Baku and only then began to check the room.
+linen is clean, nice beds.
A great breakfast in the morning is straight chic, respect for the cook, and the guy who cooked the tables and combined with work at the reception on this day was somehow mildly said to the guests did not smile, did not say hello, everything was in stock, okay.
-I was leaving, I checked whether the room was closed (the key was demagnetized) the door was open when I arrived... Well, I didn't have anything particularly valuable in the room, but the unpleasant aftertaste did not breed a tragedy.
-the room has seen the views, stains on the floor, stains on the bedside tables, behind the TV I found a plastic piece from the urinals someone stupidly joked and threw it there and no one wiped it did not get hahah, I threw it away, don't worry.
-the hotel was being renovated nearby, it was empty, but they gave it a room next to the corner where they were doing repairs, it stank strongly with glue...
-+The restaurant on the roof looks great, the food... Well, fire the cooks, we are cooks ourselves and it's just not a match for price and quality... Everything was over-salted, overcooked, well, does not know how. But the breakfasts are good, I repeat.
Video that once the hotel shone or just there are tired rooms without cosmetic repairs and I got it. But the bath is nice clean. True, the hair dryer is cut off after 20 seconds from overheating protection

A hotel with an ideal location. We had a room on the second floor with a side view of the sea and the wall of the old town. Very tasty breakfasts, a beautiful terrace upstairs. Pleasant, friendly staff. There is no smell of smoking in the hotel, the rooms are spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. I recommend.

The hotel is very well located. Central highway, sea, Old Town, White City.
This is where the advantages end.
A dirty old carpet. It's a little dirty. Robes with holes. The cracked rim of the toilet bowl. Instead of a toothbrush cup, there is a metal rim, only shower gel (although there are shampoos, conditioners, cotton sets, etc. in the maid's cart)
A small, uncomfortable closet. Two small pillows…
When asked to bring an ironing board and iron, they waited an hour. We decided to lie down, called, asked to leave the iron at the door, hung a do not disturb sign. And! After 30 minutes, they bang on our door with an iron.
When asked to replace the bathrobes, bring pillows, add the missing cosmetics left at 19.00, nothing was brought by 00:00.
Despite the fact that we had a superior room for a lot of money.
I really don'T recommend it.

We lived in a suite with a sea view on the 2nd floor. The room is spacious, large balcony, comfortable beds, friendly staff. I didn't like the breakfasts - everything is constantly cold (regardless of the time of visit), constantly sliced, coffee from the "bucket", there is no coffee machine, juice from the package.

Perfect location, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful building and interior decoration. There are complaints about the number. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the smell of sewage. During breakfast, they are in no hurry to supplement the dishes. At 10 in the morning there was no juice left, no one bothered to add it, although breakfast is until 11.

Breakfasts are just TRASH!!! The cherished sausage leaves much to be desired. When I showed these dry pieces to the manager, he asked in surprise WHERE!?😂😂😂 disposable cups for tea and coffee!! Seriously? I had to ask for normal mugs so as not to drink from the craft. There's not much to eat! The food is all mediocre! Only the design of the lobby is different from the boutique style. SHAME!!
The hair dryer in the room broke, I asked to dry in another room. In the morning, I had to CALL MYSELF and REMIND that the hair dryer was broken and it would be nice to replace it.
The location is great! If it wasn't for her, I would have given her 1 star at all.
Moral- pay another 3-5 thousand and take the network.
There is nothing butyl here. The hotel is very small. No, it's not like that. The hotel is VERY small.
Beautiful lobby. But there are exactly as many chairs as in the photo. I will not go to this hotel anymore and will not recommend it to anyone.
On the day of departure, at 8:30 in the morning, they began to HAMMER the wall!! No one warned that there would be repairs.
Oh, and by the way, I remembered that the bed linen has holes.
Take a network one, not too expensive!

We are vacationing with a friend in this hotel, the location is good, But they change the floor covering in the hotel, and I had to change the room because of the terrible smell of acetone throughout the hotel, I have been trying for three days to have a television in the room, they smile politely, but the center of Baku does not work, at least local channels are shown on the islands of Nyambu-zyambu, and here they can't connect in the room, the staff is friendly and thank you for that, the price and quality of rest does not correspond to the declared stars of the hotel

I chose this hotel because of the location and budget. First the pros:
- certainly the location, well, it is very convenient both on foot and by car
- in general, it's cozy, but already on the verge of mothballs
- excellent hearty breakfasts
- good plumbing
- the most important thing is the excellent and friendly staff
Of the minuses , I will note:
- the furniture is in terrible condition, especially the chairs, almost all the chairs on the floors and in the rooms have wobbly armrests
- the quality of cleaning is below average
