At first, it seemed like nothing happened, but then....It's just terrible....They do what they want...people from the same organization who have the same insurance pole are recorded differently (medical insurance). Sometimes they write to Associate Professors and candidates of medical Sciences, sometimes not, then they immediately send a letter of guarantee for both consultation and ultrasound, then there is no other employee...It is almost impossible to get through, especially if you are at the doctor on weekends and you need their confirmation (for ultrasound, etc.), they also answer for more than a day...Then they had a glitch in the program and it took 3-4 days to get through or finish writing there at all...Spent money and nerves...I do NOT recommend it!!!

Our company has been insuring us with this insurance company for several years! At first, everything was fine, but for the last two years it has been impossible to achieve medical care! Even at the direction of a doctor, they refuse service under any pretext! Of my own free will, I do not recommend insuring your health here!

I read some reviews, it seems that these so-called clients did not even contact this insurance company. Or they're just lying. I have been a client of Promtransinvest for almost ten years, for all these years I had to apply almost every year. The attitude of the employees has always been polite. All issues related to the examination, registration of all necessary documents were resolved within an hour. The car is insured for a full hard hat. I recommend the insurance company Promtransinvest. I like it here.
