There are more than 20 directions in the studio, everyone will definitely be able to choose something for themselves, you can attend any training sessions for one subscription - which is very convenient! My priority is, of course, the direction - "healthy back", there are dance directions, yoga, strength directions. I definitely recommend it

I am 57 years old. I work here mainly with young girls. I am very glad that I finally chose the time and signed up for hot streching. I go early in the morning, before work. I am comfortable with the time at 7.30. Coach Nastya conducts classroom classes, comfortable soft stretching in the "hot" hall, attentive and professional coach, Nastya has a creative approach to each lesson. There is no discomfort after the lesson, a surge of energy. In general, everything is fine with the coach, and a small gym with dimmed lights, and the time, and the price for a subscription. It's not an easy fitness studio, it's a women's paradise on earth, it's a temple for beautiful bodies! In Protest, girls are trained to be sexy, beautiful, strong and gentle. Regarding the service: to say that it is excellent is to say nothing, the service is at the highest possible level! Everyone is so friendly, loyal, responsive, friendly. From the first day, it was like visiting my friends) I would like to note separately that the studio is always clean, cozy, comfortable: always fresh towels, dry showers, clean lockers, clean mats in the halls, hygiene products are always available. The air conditioning system is working properly. There is unlimited filtered water, you can also buy bottled water and other equipment at the reception. Regarding the training process itself: each hall and the studio itself as a separate work of art, the atmosphere is simply unrealistically energizing, the very stay in the studio is already a delight. All the coaches are very attentive, everyone has their own unique approach, you want to come to everyone again and again, but there are so few days in the week. 14 destinations - you can visit something new at least every day and not get bored! Recording is done online, so there is no pandemonium during training and it is very convenient and comfortable to practice. There is a free trial lesson, so I highly recommend that you at least try it. The camera shoots in real time without recording, shoes at the entrance can be confused, since there is a cluster of shoes. Small halls and stuffy during classes. The locker room is small, 3 showers with soap, friendly staff, there are towels, there is no smell of anything.
