A charming place! Very customer - oriented 👍
Cozy, two floors and a summer veranda, pleasant music. We took coffee, wine and desserts - everything is very tasty. The service is excellent, the waiter Alexander is the charm itself! Thank you so much for the delicious food, a great time and a great mood!

Not everything is perfect.
In the heat, both outside and inside, it will be very difficult to sit (the air conditioner either does not cope, or it does not exist). Pizza dough is sweet, like at school once ... (I don't understand why, because the dough is not the most difficult thing, but as it is).
BUT!
The menu is extensive, with a focus on European cuisine and you will always find something to your liking. Pastas, risottos, sandwiches, desserts are excellent in my opinion. An adequate price-quality ratio. And the staff is very nice. They may admit a mistake and exclude the dish from the receipt, for example.
In general, I recommend it!

We had breakfast in this place several times, we liked everything.
Last time we came for breakfast, I ordered shakshuka .... But it was difficult to call it "shakshuka"
, They brought tomato paste in which there were several eggs that were taken out of the refrigerator and apparently even forgot to warm up 🤦🏽♀️
It was a complete disappointment (
But I will note that coffee and tea are a delight!

In general, it's nice, there are European dishes: soups, pizza - quite tasty. I didn't like the waffle with cream-it was rubber, even it was barely cut with a knife, (the cream was delicious) they didn't finish it-they left.
Everything is fine with the service: quick, friendly.

We really liked this place, a very cozy atmosphere, we even returned here for the second time (and this happens rarely) the first time we took it - Bistroganaf (magnificent), carbonara, then we tried English breakfast and waffles - we were very satisfied, especially worth noting the service - it is very decent. The second time we were warned that the waiting time was 30 minutes, but we took our time. The construction site opposite is a bit distracting, but it's not the cafe's fault)

The most disgusting service I've ever met!!! And two or three dishes from the menu are tolerable. But if you are a fan of aimlessly wiping your pants while waiting for the waiter, then you will be offered:
- stand at the door or at an unmade table for 3-5 minutes (the "waiting" package includes the haughty look of the waiter)
- wait 15-20 minutes for someone to take your order or offer to help with the choice
- dry waffles (not all and not always), grilled vegetables floating in oil after frying and much, much more
On the plus side, they make delicious coffee.
I think their problem is a lack of staff or their negligent attitude to their work. In general, there is potential, but when you come to a cafe, you still want attention from the doorstep, and not sit and pick at the corner of the table (not literally) waiting until you are not fed, but at least the table is cleared and the order is accepted.

We visited this cafe today, I don't understand such a high rating on Tripadvisor. Not to say that the staff is friendly. We sat down on the street, one chair was broken.. We ordered shakshuka, mushroom cream soup and tea. The pitch is pleasant. Shakshuka turned out to be just scrambled eggs with tomatoes, no seasonings and additional vegetables.. You can eat, but it's not shakshuka. The soup was terrible.. it is very thick, but not due to the presence of mushrooms and cream.. the cream in the soup is low-fat, as if they stuffed bread or something else as a thickener.. some kind of tasteless mushroom porridge. Disgusting.
But the dogs and cats gave us a performance, the cats even started mating, and for this I put the only star.

I will start the review from the entrance to the institution. We went in and there were no empty seats inside, only on the street. We were about to leave and they caught up with us on the street and said that a place had been vacated, and they apologized for the lack of space right away.
The second thing that impressed me was the huge menu. For the first time, I didn't know what to choose because of the large number of positions, I wanted to try everything!
Special thanks to the waiter, as far as I remember, his name is Alexander. Excellent and timely service, as well as pleasant communication!
According to the food, we ordered English breakfast, pancakes and waffles. Everything was very tasty!
I definitely recommend coming here for breakfast.

I'm thrilled!
Finally, we found a normal chicken soup in Batumi. It's the best thing for children. We were with a 3-year-old baby)
All the food was delicious.
My husband, my children and I liked it.
Although our children are still very picky 😅
The Shokmange dessert is just crazy.
We took half of them with us because we didn't expect such large portions.
The service is beyond praise.
I haven't seen this before.
The staff is very attentive.

The sweet waffles were not brought in 20 minutes, but the sweet ones waited for 40 minutes, they were for the child and the child was on the verge) The landing was 2-3 tables, the waitress awkwardly said: "5-10 minutes, the waffles are almost ready."
In general, not sweet waffles top, very tasty.
But the sweet ones with banana and peanut paste did not like the child, neither did I.

The table inside on the ground floor looks more like you're sitting in the waiters' back room. We waited until the table on the second floor was free, moved there, the second floor is very cramped.
The cappuccino was delicious. The croissant with salmon and croissant with chicken were medium in taste, they were brought cold. We expected them to be warm) the croissant itself was a little burnt.
The waffles with nutella and banana were not baked inside.
The waiter Bogdan is openly rude.
