A good complex with different PSCs. I was at the car dealership, the consultants suggested everything, explained (about changing the numbers). The service took 10-15 minutes.
Parking at the building is quite spacious.

Since there is one representative of the migration police in this PSC, after sitting in line for about 30 minutes, we just had to turn around and leave. Of course, nothing terrible happened, just a pregnant woman at such a time and in such heat does not feel very well, and it turns out that because this employee decided to leave, she will have to come here again, sit in line in a stuffy and crowded place.

We waited in line at the 7th window, the woman took everyone for so long. I was free at the 9th window, but I didn't accept it. Then the women from windows 7 and 9 got up and left for an indefinite time. They started taking it at the 8th window. The reception rate has not increased. In general, nothing has changed.

I was in this building and institution for the first time. On the second floor, in the PSC. Everything is very civilized. The hall is divided into three colored zones and it is very convenient. Depending on your question, they knock out a ticket with the queue number and send you to one of the three zones. Convenient and unusual. The building itself is new, the PSC is located in a huge shopping center. Unfortunately, the dining room is not very good there. But the staff there is just a kick-ass. At the meeting at the entrance you will see him, no, not like that - Him! There's a God and a King guy who gives out the numbers online in advance. As a mere mortal, you are not supposed to receive the numbers yourself. Only they, the Gods of the CONG, can condescendingly offer them to you. Talking to you only when they feel like it. The rest of the time, they circle around the building and it is impossible to call them or just find them sitting at their workplace.
