The PSC is generally a good thing, how did we live without them before?!
I was here specifically for two days or two visits. There are enough staff - all the jobs of specialists are occupied. They solve 100 different kinds of issues in different directions at once . The old air conditioners can't cope either in the workroom or in the waiting room. It's stuffy. The staff earns five points. You can be happy for the Karaganda residents who are served in this PSC.

I was making out a pension. It was not the fault of the PSC that I had to walk a little. But when I collected all the papers, everything went well. At the entrance, they explained what was needed very clearly and to the point. I received the documents even before the appointed time.
